Went in on a Monday afternoon and just Super impressed with the selection and the knowledge my first time in. Located off 99 right before i10 in a small shopping complex that's easy to access and private; no chance of running into someone accidentally! Sex shops are all over Houston, but this one was top notch for selection and cleanliness. Most everything has a "tester" so you don't have to guess at Texture or efficiency. My god, I loved the way Jahna was Personable as well as educational and a badass- I will be back to shop based on her recommendations. Signed up for the loyalty program and each purchase will go to your next purchase. Thanks so much for the ease of my transaction & gift wrap! Bought a toy & it stopped working completely after a little over a month with minimal usage. I called and there is a no return/exchange policy even with receipt. They told me to go to the toys website and file a claim “her quake” but the website doesn’t even exist. Disappointed. Wasted a good amount of money.

I visited the katy location yesterday and the store was well stocked and clean. I was helped by Brianna and she was very professional and knowledgeable. Brianna recommended some great fun items for hubby and I. Jess brought the fun energy making the buying experience better. I just wanted to shout out these two Rock stars, Brianna and Jess are a great team at Adam and Eve Katy location ❣️

It was very nice and clean. The staff were very knowledgeable of the products. It was my girlfriends and I first time going and the staff made us feel comfortable. We plan on making another trip in the near future
