I had a great experience at Active Cycling Shop. To begin, I had some complicated bike repairs and my bike was completed the very next day! Carlos and Edgar explained everything to me when I picked my bike up, in fact I was provided with a detail receipt on parts and labor!! They are a nice and honest group of guys that gave me one on one service. I recommend you experience this for yourself. 10 STARS!

I Highly recommend Active Cycling. I used to use Edgar before Active Cycling opened. I was scared to try the Shop, because I thought rates would be inflated as other shops, and slow turnover times. I was thoroughly pleased when It only took 1 day to install broken spokes on my Hope wheel, and Gravel bike, install new cassette (provided), install seam tape (shop provided) and tune.

I discovered this shop while looking for just a bike tube and tire. “Danny” was such a positive and welcoming person who helped me with any and all questions and the prices were NOT specialty shop prices but equivalent to online retail. What a positive vibe this place has.

I had a great experience with this bike shop and staff. I needed a bike shipped and the staff were excellent. The packaging and shipping went well and bike arrived in great shape. I will be looking to do more business with them in the future.
