very bad service , I bought from them Stihl , thn used it for one hour and had an issue with the clutch .
ACE dont didnt agree to return it back or replace it .
sent me to Stihl technission advice us to leave it for 3 months .
I dont advise to deal with them .

Jun 2024 - stopped in for specialty hardware for furniture. I found what I needed ( I hope) to put a bed back together. These guys have parts the big box store should carry but don't/won't. ? I love these guys for that! Thanks for being unique and different

VERY disappointing visit to this location. The older gentleman working the floor was nice enough to look-up a product and inform us that it would have to be special ordered. We filled out the paperwork at the Service desk and headed up front. The emo-Nirvana wanna be at the register seemed annoyed from the get-go that she had to check us out. Then, when I tried to clarify the pick-up procedure, she turned to Jim, he answered her and NEVER looked at us to explain WHY we got told one thing at first and that wasn't what happened up front...?? Unfortunately, Ace is supposed to be the place with the "friendly"... NOT for certain people, I guess. And, I'm apparently NOT the only one with this type of experience looking at other people's comments. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Next time, I'll go somewhere else and spend my green money.

Absolutely love the customer service and attention to detail in this store!
I would rather pay the $1 ish difference in price and know I am being given the right tool/product, than save a few cents, drive further, wait for help/find help.

Don't let your husband go alone to this hardware store!! You will wanna see all the supe cute stuff in here. Great garden decorations, jewelry, clothing, kitchen items, fancy fancy stuff!! This will be your favorite hardware store
