I would not recommend taking your car here. They take way too long working on your vehicle and no one knows anything. Too many issues. They do not care or even think of what kind of inconvenience they are putting you in when they promised to have your vehicle ready and they push the date back week after week. Save yourself the headache.

Recently had my BMW X5 completely redone. New front bumper, complete paint job all over and even replaced my back glass. They did an amazing job. Oswald & Abaraham really took care of me and I appreciate the level of detail and exceptional customer service. My vehicle looks like I just pulled it off the showroom floor at BMW. Looking forward to having them paint my husband’s truck soon. Thank you to the entire 5 Speed team!!!

First I'll say that the repairs done to my car make my car look brand new. The repairs were done very well and the service throughout the process was incredible.After the repairs were done to my car and I was driving it for 2 days, I realized that the "trunk open" switch in my door was not working. I called Abraham to ask him about this issue and he told me to bring the car in at my earliest convenience so that they could take a look at it and fix it.Sure enough, I brought my car in and Abraham and the mechanic looked at the problem and realized that a plug got overlooked and wasn't plugged in properly. He fixed it right away and apologized for the problem.I could not be happier about it now. It's working properly.Incredible shop!

They repeatedly kept trying to recommend this rental service they have to me. I understand why they do it, their probably tryna give the company business. But they need to understand that this is my first time experiencing a collision and i don't want to be recommended a rental company the insurance claim does not cover. I don't like to be persuaded to do something ever as a customer. If i listened to them i would have just ran into problems and took a longer time to get vehicle fixed. The worst part is I'm letting them know that i don't want to be tricked or persuaded into paying money for something i don't need. They get offended and act like I'm being rude for not taking their advice. I don't do it in a rude way at all either so its just really uncomfortable doing business w them and i will def try another shop next time, one that wants to make sure i get all services & rental covered by the insurance claim. They are too focused on trying to give this amerirental company business and its really weird to me. I feel like "good" people they talk about in theses other reviews would be focused on making sure their customer is not paying anything out of pocket for a crash that isn't there fault and making sure insurance covers them.
