The absolute worst customer service EVER!! They have my package and claim “incomplete address”. I have verified it numerous times but they are LAZY and incompetent and just don’t want to deliver it. I have contacted them several times without response. If I could give zero stars it would be too good for them
Reply to their comment: I have tried NUMEROUS attempts to get this resolved through messenger and keep getting the same incompetent reply “we’re working on it”. Whatever

Our UPS driver is the worst! He never shows up on time and some days he just does not come in at all!! We need our original UPS driver KD back!!

Customer service is horrible and when I called and they told me there was a problem with my address I fixed it and the lady told me it would be delivered Friday 12/15/23. Never delivered and when I called again they said because the request was put in at 715pm it would be delivered Monday. Then they went as far as telling me I could pick up Saturday I sent my dad to pick up and they were closed. When I called them they said someone will call me back in an hour for my father to wait there. My dad lives two hours from that location and went out of his way to pick it up for me. Customer service is a joke and nothing but liars and no one is on the same page. I will do my best to never deal with UPS again!! Also hours were posted online they close at 5pm today and my dad was there at 245pm.

What’s the point of having hours posted online if this store is just going to do what they want. Times clearly state they close at 6:45, I arrived at 6:32 with my package already ready to go. There’s signs on the door they say “Do Not Knock” so I pull on the door and it’s locked, the blinds are halfway down and The employees just stand at the desk and never come to the door to assist. I waited the 15 min just in case and sure enough they never came to the door to assist. Everyone just kept passing by the door on the inside instead of at least saying why they were closed during working hours. Thanks a lot!

Sign on the door says they open from 5:30pm to 6:45pm, well me and about 5 others, waited outside for 15 minutes and they still have not opened the door to serve customers, I understand opening behind a schedule or even a few minutes but 15-20 minutes sitting in the cold or heat, just ain’t worth whatever I’m buying. If you order something and it lands here, I’d just assume get your money back and buy from someone local Kuz you ain’t ever getting in here

This UPS hub is fantastic!Every time I go to this place to pick up a package after hours or early mornings when the trucks are getting loaded, they go out of their way to accommodate me and get me the package as quick as possible.The management is fantastic and the crew is fantastic. It amazes me how quickly they can find it whether it’s on the sorting table or in a truck.

These idiots couldn't get a package delivered if the world depended on it. There is nothing wrong with my address as they have delivered here before but I had a very expensive speaker delivered to a random address in a completely different town! Also had packages turned around saying there is a problem with the address, which is the same address amazon always uses. Then I talked to a rep and they said there was no issue with the address and that they would deliver it. They didn't. Now the package is In Nevada! The incompetence at this location is utterly mind boggling! Every time I have a package go thru this Karnes City location this happens.

LOUSY. I receive notices via email, but I have NEVER HAD TO GO PICK UP A PACKAGE. I did not know where to go as I live over 45 miles from the address. I have tried finding my package via online to NO results achieved. This is the 2nd time the business that I ordered from, has sent me a replacement. I STILL DON'T KNOW IF THE PACKAGE IS THERE BUT I AM FIXING TO DRIVE DOWN THERE TO FIND OUT! LOUSY, LOUSY WAY TO DO BUSINESS. You can't even use your tracking # to find your package! They delivered the first item to someone that would not give me a phone #, and we have no idea who it was or where it was delivered. It wasn't me. Most of our packages come to our front door, but this has been a NIGHTMARE.

Must give them a 5 star rating…After UPS made several attempts to deliver a package to us, we had to make the 20+ miles drive to Karnes City to retrieve it….I was slightly annoyed that after several attempts and correction of our address it still didn’t come.The lady who greeted me at the counter 4/12/23 was delightful, professional, helpful and never stopped smiling regardless of my frustration.. She brought out our packages and sure enough, it was not an error on UPS’s behalf but on the shipper behalf for not putting our complete address on the shipping label…So my humble apologies to UPS and the delivery driver, they did exactly what the shipping label instructed them to do..GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We've lived here for 19 years and haven't had any troubles with our normal route people. The substitute drivers have been able to communicate well with the other drivers when delivering to us. They got reasonably close without much complications.That's about the only issue we've ever had.Now don't get us started on fed.x !!! ???

delivery dates always change when shiped to karnes city. if item says delivery on the 5th I won't get it till 7th for some reason it takes them 2 days to get my items to floresville.. Need to work on there time management..

Everything was going very well, they always delivered my package to the gate of the ranch where I work, but lately not anymore, now the packages are going to USPS, and the ranch's mailbox is 3/4 of a mile away, and if the package is more great that the USPS mailbox does not try to deliver the package at the gate USPS returns it to its office and you always have to go pick it up. I don't know what happened, I hope that in the next deliveries I don't pass it to USPS and that I delivered it in front of the gate.
