Went to the office in Karnes City on Monday the 3rd of July. Sweet lady working behind the counter that evening. Super friendly and helpful. Not always the case, so I appreciate you ma'am.

This location ONLY does renewals of drivers license. They are not trained on any other transaction and you will have to go to a different office if this is not what you are doing. Staff is great!
