The room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast made by the staff was excellent! We were there for the dove hunt arranged by Donny Lee with reservations at Karnes City lodge. We will always stay at this lodge!

Showed up at 10pm and the reservation was still held.Breakfast choices were solid, rooms are spacious and bathroom was clean.

Out of all hotels in the area, this is the best place to stay. The rooms are spacious, staff was so kind & friendly, and breakfast was always on point. Recommended this place to family members & they treated them so well. Our family was so happy with their experience.

I’m pretty sure the 5 star reviews are paid for, because this place was awful. We were in town for a family get together. Both our families stayed here. Checking in was bad overall, had to speak to the manager or whoever it was on the phone because there was a language barrier with the people in the lobby…..apparently manager had an emergency. It was all over the place. Couldn’t find our reservations. Then once we got the room, it looked as if NO ONE CLEANED. Stuff on the rug and the bathroom was gross.You’ll see this sign more than you’ll actually see the staff. The breakfast was horrible as well.I would not recommend at all. If In town, just avoid.

If you need to stop in Karnes, this place works. The checkin was an experience as the counter guy said there were no reservations, even though I had one. He finally checked with his boss, who told him he had already been told about my reservation. Then he found the paperwork right on the counter.The "breakfast" was very limited.The room was clean but must smelling. The AC was very loud.

The rooms are clean, beautiful and affordable way cheaper than other hotels. The owner Margi Patel is so cool amazing hospitality by him. Staff is very friendly and helpful, looking for short/long term stay this is place to stay in Karnes City.
