A new delivery driver, an African American woman, recently started working in the area. She left our mail, including my mother's essential eye drops needed after her cancer treatment, on the floor in the street where it could be run over. She denied leaving the mail on the floor and claimed the box didn't fit in the mailbox. Additionally, I've received my neighbors' mail on several occasions. When I asked for her name, she began yelling, cursing, and insulting me and my family.

My package arrived in Justin PO 4 days ago. Since then it has been sent back to Ft. Worth Distribution Center 3 times instead of delivering to me. Unfortunately, this is the 5th time our packages just bounced between Justin PO and Ft. Worth until Justin PO decides to deliver them to us. This is unacceptable.

I hate to leave bad reviews but my mail carrier deserves it. Whomever delivers my mail messes it up constantly. Luckily, my neighbors are pretty good and will deliver my items that inadvertently end up in their mail box.
Unfortunately my neighbors can't catch all of my missed deliveries. I have to call the Justin Post Office so often I saved the phone number in my contacts. Everytime I call, the person I speak with contacts my carrier and fixes the issue, but it doesn't address the ongoing problem. I'm tired of dealing with the misplaced packages. I'm going to have to go full "Karen" and ask to speak to a manager when I call.

Not sure when people who work are supposed to get their packages that the post office won’t deliver. They’re closed as soon as everyone is off work!

Liberty Trails community here. These entire organization needs to dissapear. From stolen packages because of wrong delivery to my house, leaving letters and packages in wrong mailbox to never answer questions or at LEAST be take the time to help customers, everything about this office and employees are is wrong. I can't rate this any lower unfortunately.

I have had two different issues with deliveries. Both times I called the post office and spoke with representatives (Sandra & Alicia). Both times the employees were helpful and helped to reroute the package. Just wanted to say THANK YOU for your help! I truly appreciate you both going the extra mile for me! =)

I mailed out about 10 Christmas cards to Oklahoma and California and 5 cards were opened or torn. I am convinced someone at this post office is opening mail looking for money or gift cards because I mailed to different locations. I have mailed from another post office and those weren’t opened.

I've had a statement diivered to my mailbox that was opened and ran over by there van. And it's not the first. They put a letter in your mailbox that said they tried to deliver it to your address which is a bunch of BS because the time they said my wife was home all day

From stolen packages right out of your mailbox to them only holding a package for one day after Thanksgiving because of a miss printed address $200 item that I will never be getting back now They are rude and if you have a problem with them delivering they are no help!!! So many of my packages don’t get delivered!! Worst USPS ever lmao
