“Best choice I ever made getting a second opinion. They saved me a ton of money $700 to be exact. Talked to Mike Sims through all the details and they took good care of me. Chris did the work and it even cost me less because he got the job done quicker than estimated. Not to mention the guy at the front with exceptional customer service skills (forgot his name unfortunately, sorry for that). I couldn't be more satisfied between the customer service here knowledge and pricing the place is the best. Thanks to the team for everything. Definitely recommend to anyone else looking for help with their vehicles.
Edit: forgot to mention that they took care of me in less than 48 hrs I called Sept. 10th while I was at work to set up an appointment they saw me the very next day Sept. 11 before I went into work again to look at my car and check out what was wrong. They told me they could order the part and have it here the next day and have it installed within two hours of me bringing my car back and they did better than that. They called me as soon as the part was in and I sat up there for maybe an hour tops.”
