I would not recommend this place based on my recent experience. I took my 2016 Chevy Traverse here because it was shaking significantly at lower speeds. Not being well-versed in car repairs, I expressed my concern about avoiding costly fixes if the problem was something serious, like the transmission.
The mechanics diagnosed the issue and recommended replacing the engine mounts and tires, assuring me these fixes would resolve the shaking. I paid $670 for the engine mount replacement, but the issue persisted. They then insisted that new tires would solve the problem, so I spent an additional $1,200 on tires. Despite these expenses, the shaking continued.
Considering my car is only worth around $6,000, I wouldn’t have invested so much if they hadn’t been so convincing that these repairs would address the issue. Now, nearly $2,000 later, they’re suggesting that I might need a new transmission. While I understand that diagnoses can sometimes be incorrect, I believe the service should include a degree of responsibility and customer care.
The owner offered to flush the transmission fluid for over $200, despite me having recently replaced it elsewhere. At this point, I’m not willing to spend more money at this shop when the original problem remains unresolved.

I trusted your recommendations based on your expertise, and unfortunately, the solutions provided did not resolve the problem and ended up costing me $2,000.
When you suggested flushing the transmission fluid and adding an anti-shudder product, it was presented as a potential fix. Given that this advice came after substantial expenses and did not address the issue, I believe it would have been reasonable to offer these additional services at no extra charge as part of a good customer service approach.
Your recommendations and customer care are critical to building trust, and I hope that future customers benefit from a more supportive approach when it comes to unexpected outcomes and additional costs.

Talk about fast and professional! My Jeep transfer case needed maintenance and these guys had it fixed in under 3 business days! They were very helpful in describing what the problem was and did sell me parts I did not need. I have nothing bad to say about them and will definitely be bringing my Jeep back in the future. 5 Stars!!!

Great shop, took truck in for an alignment. They got me in knocked it out. Had a slight issue from aftermarket suspension components a week later I called them to check the alignment again and they were happy to help. Will most definitely be given them more work..

This place was great I took my camp trailer to have the state inspection done. The service was fast and friendly. I will be bringing my vehicles to this place in the future based off watching them interact with their other customers while I was there. Very professional and clean shop. Thank you.

Bad business puts $600 price for wheels and tires then i call and confirm he says yes to the $600
then changes price to $1200 and says sold to someone else do not deal with this person Troy

I recently found this place after living about 7 minutes from here and seeing the reviews here and from my community Facebook group. Troy took good care of my transmission oil change and pretty quick as well. Knowledgeable and consoled me on when to get it done. You can make an online appointment too. Will be going back.
