“Alot of people hyper focus on the attitude of the employees here but at the end of the day, being friendly is not exactly in their job description. While they may not be kind and bubbly, they get the mail going where it’s supposed to, and they will fix any issue brought to their attention. The male employee people reference in their reviews isn’t rude, he’s just all business. It’s his personality. He’s not there to be your friend, he’s there to do his job. Overall this a trustworthy location.”
“Drop orders off from my small business here all the time. Always have pre-paid USPS labels so they make it very smooth also with the new Click-N-Ship service. I always simply walk in, skip the line, drop off my packaged, and boom they mark them as shipped and handle them from there. They're always very friendly and my orders get shipped out quickly!! Thank you Roanoke USPS for all of y'alls stellar service.”
“In the 15 years we have been here, never had any issues with our mail. I am pretty sure this is where our mail comes unless its Haslet. Once in awhile I have reached out about not receiving a package and they are on it and it is handled quickly. They respond fast by email or telephone.”
