I always simply walk in, skip the line, drop off my packaged, and boom they mark them as shipped and handle them from there. They're always very friendly and my orders get shipped out quickly!! “Scott was the hero of the day for helping track down a missing package; a birthday present for my kiddo. The package was delivered into a parcel locker in my mailbox unit, but I hadn't received a key. I stopped by the post office this morning and the package was placed on my porch this afternoon, so happy!!! Scott was very pleasant and professional. Also appreciated Amy calling this evening to make sure I had recieved the package.”

“I came into the post office yesterday to pick up a flat rate box and the customer service was outstanding. Today I went to mail it off and I was greeted with a smile, the place was clean, I didn’t stand in line long, and the customer service was great. He was very patient with everyone and very respectful. This was my first visit here since moving to the area and this has been the best post office visit I have had in a very long time. I no longer dread dealing with rude employees with poor customer service!”
