“I never leave reviews, but see how little they have and how much I enjoyed the experience, I felt the conviction to leave one.

I absolutely loved having the ability to make a reservation online, then being assigned a gate code, and a unit location without any human intervention. Did I mention how affordable the unit is?

The facility has very wide aisles, and gave plenty of room to back the trailer into our unit. We also loved how well lit, and secure the location felt, plus we noticed security cameras which made us feel even better about our choice.

The only down side, is there is no markers that I could find to identify section or unit numbers, but there is a map online that helps a lot. Realistically this down side is only for the first time you are locating your unit, after that it should be pretty easy to find.”

“My experience with M/Mini was GREAT! I would use them again, and not even have to price shop. Ordering the M/Mini was easy, they delivered on the day i requested, and even shared a promotional price unprovoked for my area. I was impressed with the ordering, then delivery came,,,, It was even better, the driver was friendly, appreciative and put it down exactly where we needed it. Additionally the driver noticed that it had a wiggle due to my driveway slope, so he went back to the truck and shimmed it up with a board for a solid foundation. Totally satisfied with this service.The only thing I could suggest to M/Mini is to bill on a 30 day cycle and not 28. This can be tricky if you don't watch your days. Wish this would change for residential customers for sure. We under$tand why you do it!”
