Be very careful buying here. Thankfully I could sense boots were falling apart. The toddler boots I tried didn’t even unzip. And when I brought it up the lady at the front desk said “well they’re $35”

This past week I purchased a pair of boots some Wranglers jeans, and a belt at this location in Justin, Texas. My shopping experience was a very positive one, especially when it came to being fitted for the right boots. I have a weird foot for boots and Brandi went way beyond the call of duty in trying to find the right fitting boot for me. She has a wealth of knowledge of her products and finally found a pair of boots for my complicated feet to fit in. This company has a tremendous amount of inventory and I feel reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place of business. Sam Welborn

Condescending rude manager does not stand by their product, boots were the faulty, disgusting and falling apart yet no exchange or refund they don't care once they get the money in their hand you're on your own disgusting spend your money somewhere else buyer beware buyer beware by everywhere

They have a big selection but customer experience is a hit or miss. Just walked in with my Husband the second time ever being here. Last time we were here spent over $900 on his wedding boots. We just needed boot conditioner and it was less than a 4 minute interaction when an associate walked passed us at the register complaining about why they are so packed and people (as in customers) need to go home. The person helping us at the cash register apologized for her but that's weird right?? It was so casual. Don't complain in front of customer while they are in the store especially about the people who are helping bring in business. We are local and we are annoyed. Do better.

Everyone working here knows their business when it comes to boots, shoes and hats. Well worth the drive from anywhere in the metroplex. If you want a pair of Justin brand/manicured boots, or wrangler jeans, look no further than here. If you are unsure of what or how to wear a pair of boots or how they should feel while wearing them, come here, they will gladly sort you out. My wife bought a pair, and I purchased a pair of boots and shoes for my daughter's and wife Christmas presents, and they are both super happy with them. We asked lots of questions and the crew here had answers to all of them. We will totally come back here again when it's time for us to grab some new boots!

I found a pair of wrangler jean .. $10 During this visit plenty of jeans reasonable prices. $10 jean lots of small waisted sizes (28) and large sizes 44 +. Sale prices on some shirts and jackets. Lot of boots and hats.

I like going to the boot stores in Justin. Always a lot of fun and ever changing selection. The biggest negative I saw was the gal at the register, the only one doing that, asking every one that came in, if she could help them find anything? Like she didn't have enough to do in just checking out the people already in line? Then the three or four others working in there just walking around. Just seemed odd and a way to slow down an already slow part of the operation.

This place is much bigger than it looks like from the outside. My daughter and I were surprised when we walked in. We had several very friendly employees come up to us to ask us if we needed anything as we meandered through the store. They let us know that there were two other buildings next door that also had a nice selection. My daughter ended up picking some boots from one of the other buildings. We both enjoyed being able to have several different stores all within short walking distance of one another. All in all, we had a lovely experience. I'd highly recommend visiting them.

The staff here is absolutely incredible! Literally from the moment we walked into the store until we left they were TOP NOTCH; extremely knowledgeable and caring ! My daughter fell in love with Cowboy Zack and when we came back in to Pay for the boots we had on hold Zack was on lunch break and my daughter was heartbroken because she wanted to show him her new cowgirl hat that she got. She was beside herself so the lady at the front had the older gentleman go and get Zack off of break just so my three year-old could show him her new hat. He gave her a big hug and walked her to the front. Everyone that was in line and around the area that saw what the staff did had HUGE smiles on their faces and most importantly the staff MADE a 3 year olds day, if not week. Thank you so much for everything !
