I would rather give the insurance company they make you pay for 0 stars my unit has a leak and my things were damaged. After I file a claim they deny my claim. The actual storage unit place was decent. I only had a couple times I drove over 45 mins for their battery operated locks on the doors to not h lock. But the management was good and I don’t have any complaints about them but they insurance they force you to purchase is grade a trash

Great service. CJ is so helpful. They keep the units clean. I love the App service. It's so convenient, and I love the way it unlocks your unit door. Key free.....I referred y'all to other people. Great prices and they don't up it after 6 months. Very pleased with JTX.

They have a recovering alcoholic with anger management problems running the front desk (CJ). I have heard him curse out clients on the phone while in the office. When I asked to speak with his boss he refused multiple times. Then he raised his voice with me and threatened to revoke my access at midnight because I asked him to be more professional. They will be hearing from my attorneys. Also, their Bluetooth lock service provider (Nokē) has not been paid and have threatened to suspend service entirely. I have actually been locked inside the facility without access to my unit on more than one occasion because the app would not work. This place is a joke. Do not waste your time here. Very unprofessional. And to top it off, I have found Black Widow spiders inside every one of the four units I have had with them over the past year. This is a major health hazard. For your own safety stay away.Update: 3 days after posting this review, the property supervisor, Jaime, called me on the phone, I let her know I was driving and asked what was the purpose of the call. She told me I better take down my Google review because she didn’t agree with it (‘and it won’t do anything anyway’). She then told me to never step foot on her (‘my’) property again. This facility staff is acting in a way that is not only unprofessional but it is unlawful. They cannot state a date or time stamp of when I breached my contract with them. They are trying to twist the situation and say that the nights I got locked inside the facility that I was “dwelling on the property”. I have screenshots that prove everything, I will soon upload them. The app malfunctioned because I have previously been a tenant of Open Space Storage facilities which also used the same Nokē Bluetooth system. So I already had a profile in the Storage Smart Entry app which caused me to get locked inside the facility with no control over my own storage gate or the exit gate for the facility. I was forced to sleep in my car in the facility and they are trying to claim that is considered “dwelling” there and gives them the right to evict me without enough time to get all of my belongings out. You can hear CJ in the recording threatened to give me only 12 hours before he would cut off my access.Both of the staff of this facility are disrespectful, and unprofessional to the point of harassment.I am being told I will not have access to my unit which contains over $10K worth of tools that I need daily access to for my cleaning jobs. And my contract is already paid current through the end of November. The date of this review update is 10/31/23. They posted a letter on my unit two days ago saying that they would revoke my access after midnight on 10/31/23 and would then claim ownership of anything that I left in the unit. Which would be tens of thousands of dollars worth of tools.I have never been anything but courteous to these staff members at JTX Storage. Even when I was locked inside the facility I wasn’t that upset about it. I’m actually the one who helped them figure out what was going on and alerted them as to how to resolve it so it doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future. (This required collaboration between the managers of both Nokē and the Open Space Storage as well as JTX Storage to get my profile squared away.) And I was still polite and even jovial with them all about it. There is absolutely no reason to claim I breached my contract and revoke my access early.

C.J was a big help setting up my storage unit and Uhaul truck on the same day. Storage facility is very well kept up. They have app controlled gates and storage locks which is a huge upgrade. Nice little gem in Justin!

Didn’t want to leave this review, but there’s no one here to help. Having problems with our rental on the mobile app, it’s now after 9am and still closed. Had to leave without the van because we’re on a tight schedule. Hope we’re not charged a penalty for not using our reservation. What’s going on?

This place truly Rocks they are so lucky to have Kayla she is an amazing asset. She will make your life super easy the bluetooth system and the five star organization at this location cant be beat. I can finally breathe easy now to say the least.

My experience here was terrific! To sign up for a unit was easy. Kayla was very helpful and polite. I really like how you can use your phone to access the building and your storage unit. I would highly recommend JTX for moving in to the Justin area.

I had such a wonderful experience at JTX! I absolutely love the Bluetooth latches! The latches are very simple to use, a simple click of the app on my phone to open and they add an extra layer of security. Property is well lit at night and access in and out could not be easier!
