“CrossFit Trophy club is AMAZING. This is where I first learned all about CrossFit. Coming here as a complete newbie was a wonderful experience. All of their coaching staff are incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the learning process. The gym environment is welcoming and fellow athletes are encouraging and fun to be around!!
I highly recommend CrossFit TC for anyone looking to get started or pick back up !!”

2317 W University Dr #185, Denton“I've gone 3xs this week, and it was great. I'm a middle-aged plus size mom of 3 with two left feet, so I'm an honest judge.Everyone is super nice. The other women are fabulous (all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities), no one cares that I'm always going the wrong way, that I don't use weights, or that I look like I might fall over the whole time. The experience I've had has been judgement free, body positive, and uplifting. They say men are welcome too. IMO, this would be a safe space for all men/women/he/she/them/they/and everyone in between. One restroom, obviously gender neutral. No scary mirrors on the wall, so you don't have to watch yourself. They have lots of hand weights and mats, or you can bring your own. Take your own water bottle. I don't even use the hand weights at all due to a disability, and no one has said anything. The only thing (and this is kinda funny), but depending on where you park, you might have to walk by a Chinese buffet, a Mexican restaurant, a pizza place, and a girl scout store (hello cookies). Eyes ahead and you'll be fine!As for getting your monies worth, I joined using the current special. After class one, was sore for days. Class two was a little better but I didn't give it as much. Class three was the best calorie burn I've seen so far in an hour (over 500 cal). I'm burning over 400 cal at each class according to my fitbit. It's fun, doesn't feel like a workout, and to me is worth it. I also have a gym membership that let's me go to most gyms and their classes in the area, but I REALLY like this Jazzercise location and their classes.”

He is absolutely amazing and is very easy to talk to! 1000/10 recommend, especially if you’re new and would like to get your feet in the water! The overall gym atmosphere mixed with his sparkling personality is a combination you cannot find anywhere else!”
“Flips for Fun is like a second home for my family. We love Coach Amy and Coach Brie. We’ve had many birthday parties and have attended camps. My son learned how to swim here and so much more!”

Can even pay on the website and setup your fingerprints yourself at the door.Appreciate this is available. I used to go into Flower Mound and lifetime fitness but they’re vultures.Dumbbell up to 150 lb2 squat racks.Lots of kettlebellsRopesOnly suggestion is the cardio equipment could be updated as they’re the same I used in college 25 years ago and one is out of order.”
“I’ve been a member since the club opened. I use the walking track when it’s too hot or cold to walk outside. The employees are very friendly and the club is clean.”
“Gym has been pretty good for the year I’ve been going here. It’s always clean and equipment is in good working condition. The only negative thing about it is the size. It’s one of the smaller Anytime Fitness locations I’ve been to. Expect to be waiting for a machine or equipment during the busy hours. There are large groups that come in from 5-9.”
“First time coming to this gym and I'm pretty upset that I've lived relatively close for 7 years and I'm just now getting here. They have just about everything you need or want and a few of those things have multiples. Some of the weights, equipment, and the facility are a little old but they all get the job done, a really cool spot with friendly staff and I'm excited to be here now.”
