Unfortunately this store is always low or out of product. The shelves are always bare. And they are perpetually understaffed by the owner. Puts additional pressure on the people that work here to deal with unsatisfied customers and creates a high degree of customer dissatisfaction. The Dollar general in New Fairview about an 8-minute drive is much better and a shining star. The way every Dollar general should be. The owner of the store or the corporation needs to take care that their employees are not putting the positions that they always find themselves in. I will not be coming back after numerous visits here

The front workers have always been great. They have a new gentleman who helped me return a package this week and was incredibly nice. Enjoy this store and its staff.

Where do I start? I could say exactly what the other reviews say because they are 100% accurate..But what really bothers me is they'll have there discounts and sale prices up and advertising sometimes a whole day before the items actually go on sale. So when you checkout you finally realize this.. and most of the stuff at full price a person wouldnt want to purchase...this is nonsense and false advertisement..

Worst Dollar General ever. Never much in stock or completely out. I won't waste time trying to get what I need especially on sale items. Seems like there is only 5 of any item thats on sale. Not everyone can be there 1st day of the sale.

FedEx delivered a package there when they couldn't reach me at home and Dollar General gave my wife a hard time picking up my package her ID has my last name and we have the same address she said she could only give it to the name on the package SMH

Where do I start! This store is always a mess, from not being able to find the things you need to not able to get down the isles. Now the employees have changed the hours! If you’re going to close the doors at 9pm then close it at 9pm!!! Do not stand at the door and tell people to “hurry up and get what you need because we are trying to close!” Put a sign on the door that says you’re closing at 9pm and change it on the website! They told us (the customer) that they were being gracious by allowing us to come into the store that should not even be closing until 10pm! If they are doing this due to a shortage in employees, then why don’t you call people in for interviews! My daughter applied 2 weeks ago and still has heard nothing. Don’t be rude to your customers!!!! This store needs an overhaul in management, someone who will come in and show pride in their store and appreciate the customers!!!!’

My wife and I came in last night for some date night supplies and had the best experience ever. Your employees were both kind and patient and made sure I got my veterans discount y’all had going on for the weekend. Jemil is prior military, there was a feeling of camaraderie and a high level of mutual respect which I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. Linda our cashier for the night was so sweet and generous. She even pulled a coupon out of her own purse for us. That’s generosity at its finest! You have wonderful people working at this location and they really do go above and beyond!

There is a tone of ice out and I almost slipped on the ice. Tons of elderly men and women go in and out of this store and they are gonna slip and fall then they'll hurt themselves because no one could have put some salt down to melt the ice or they could have gone out and shovel the ice.

Today is it Sunday and it's a very busy day right before Valentine's Day and I have to say that I shopping very many Dollar General and this store as busy as it was it's probably one of the most best run and nicest stores I've been into pretty well organized and clean and accessible and I'll definitely shop there every chance I get
