Best choice I ever made getting a second opinion. They saved me a ton of money $700 to be exact. Talked to Mike Sims through all the details and they took good care of me. Chris did the work and it even cost me less because he got the job done quicker than estimated. Not to mention the guy at the front with exceptional customer service skills (forgot his name unfortunately, sorry for that). I couldn't be more satisfied between the customer service here knowledge and pricing the place is the best. Thanks to the team for everything. Definitely recommend to anyone else looking for help with their vehicles.
Edit: forgot to mention that they took care of me in less than 48 hrs I called Sept. 10th while I was at work to set up an appointment they saw me the very next day Sept. 11 before I went into work again to look at my car and check out what was wrong. They told me they could order the part and have it here the next day and have it installed within two hours of me bringing my car back and they did better than that. They called me as soon as the part was in and I sat up there for maybe an hour tops.

I called around 8:30 am to see if someone could fix a problem with my cars undercarriage cover. They were able to squeeze me in around noon and had the issue fixed very quickly. I am super happy with the services rendered. Thank you Josh!

Very knowledgeable & excellent communication throughout the entire process. Pricing is very fair especially considering I had work done on a 2020 Mercedes CLA. Much better than any dealership experience while the vehicle was under warranty.

I’d heard that Auto Revival was expensive, and that’s a little true BUT, the customer service and doing the right thing and the extras were well worth the money spent. I was informed through phone calls and texts about the vehicle status regularly and the extra services they performed on my 2010 Corolla were above and beyond. They have made a customer out of my for life. Thank you Auto Revival for taking care of me! Next, you’ll have my Pontiac Solstice!!!

I won't go anywhere else for repairs to my car. I refer everyone I know who needs car repairs to Auto Revival. It certainly doesn't hurt that they're also a Christian organization, hence the "Revival."
