OK l just moved to Justin and l LOVE this store!!! What they don't carry they've ordered for me. Prices are comparable. Service is what makes me really Ike going here. Great employees. Helpful & warm.

I live 30 minutes away, but online it said they had what I needed in stock. I drove out there trusting that their inventory was correct (my fault, I guess). Found what I needed at a Lowe's 45 minutes south.

Ace Hardware in Justin, TX is a good place to shop locally. The store always seems to have what I need. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist when help is needed.

The employee was assisting another customer but saw my daughter and I looking for something (we were wandering up and down a couple aisles), and offered us help. We headed to where he directed us, and then when he finished with the other customer, came to check on us to make sure we found what we were looking for.

This location is at the back of my neighborhood. I use it as my one stop shop for items you wouldn’t normally go to Ace to buy.
Customer service is top tier. Specifically, Justin is a stand up guy and handles conflict at a very high level.
I will be a customer for life!

Having lived in Justin, Texas, since 2006, I can certainly say that the Ace hardware opening was a God send to this town. Employees have all been helpful when I needed to find something! Yes, they can be a little pricey on things that I might be able to find at Lowe's or Home Depot. But not having to drive to Denton or Southlake or even the Alliance area offsets these higher prices.
I hope that the management of this store understands that as long as they provide good customer service and continue doing this as the town of Justin grows, they will flourish as a business.
I wish them continued success in the future!

Great service and convenient selection! This is the closest hardware store to my house and am glad I finally realized it was there. It’s perfect to pick up that random product you need for a project. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. They practically won’t let you leave without taking some popcorn.

Absolute BEST service / hardware ECT one stop shop for just about all those type of needs.
I will drive from Denton to Justin just to boycott Denton store .
Which is completely opposite
Justin Ace is where my time ,$ & lack of frustration is appreciated & where I feel I can shop in PEACE with knowledgeable ,friendly staff I feel is deserved by anyone anywhere.

I had to bring my lawn mower blade in to get sharpened after seeing online that they provided the service. The blade was small and simple, so Waylon told me he could sharpen it right away instead of making me wait like normal. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone in the store was willing to help, as is the case at every Ace I've been to.
