Renting a space was pretty easy for this tech unsavy person. The representatives were all friendly and professional. The Justin, TX facility was very clean and seemed to be well managed. I might suggest a speed sign as I had a big pickup race by my bay at highway speed. I doubt he would have been able to do an emergency stop on the pea gravel plus he boiled an unnecessary amount of dust into the air.

Great location and covered RV storage is set up for easy access. Includes 20amp service which is a great feature. People I spoke with were very friendly and the booking process went smoothly.

We used this facility twice over the past 2 months. Once the electricity that we hooked up to went out and everything in our fridge sat in 105 degree weather for 7 days! You can just imagine the mess and smell we had to deal with. They refused any compensation. The second time our RV along with 6 others were broken into and they stole almost everything that wasn't nailed down. Even though they advertise as a 24/7 secure facility they took zero responsibility and offered no compensation. Horrible customer service. Will never use again

We have been using A-Affordable in Justin for more than 2 years for an RV and a truck and we are happy with the customer service and the storage. The space is always clean and no animal or insect problem. Once we have a small issue and they resolve it in a great way. Also we haven’t have any increase in the payment with have been a plus. This covered storage with electricity, sewer dump and water is currently offered at a great price. They just built new spaces so there should be plenty of openings and you should be able to negotiate a fair to all price.
