What a trashy place! (literally). Bathroom: nasty. Someone needs to care about this store, but apparently not. I almost never give a review like this, but perhaps it will bring change. I'm not going back!

It was ok. Always crowded in that location they have a small floor plan and so much stuff in there. They have extra tables of stuff by the registers so it makes it hard to get around d when lots of people are in the store.

This particular 7-Eleven is generally always pretty busy especially during the day it's packed. Never have to wait long though. CLOSE proximity to Fort Worth Alliance Airport, One of the main Amazon hubs here DFW 7, one of five hubs within a 4 mi radius to include Amazon Air at the airport. FedEx, UPS as well as many other warehousing facilities. Generally only slow at night. They're a little bit more well stocked due to this always. Standard food that 7-Elevens provide now to include the pizzas as well as the hot foods. They generally have this around the clock due to local industries. Wendy's is inside the same building, accessible via the 7-Eleven, as well as outside. They have lost some business but probably could care less due to the fact that the Greek Euro restaurant also inside has been closed for some time. Of course you ask about it and nobody has a clue. Although friendly the majority of the staff is way too serious and a little bit sketchy. The Mgr/Owner or Co-Owner there days only. Mon-Fri. He's very professional although very serious, his demeanor. In my experiences, countless times making contact with him. All Business, which is understandable. No Issues. ALL OF THE STAFF, Really needs to pipe it down a little bit with the seriousness! Way more towards the friendly customer service, oriented side. Night staff is laid back.

I would give 0 start if i could
The manager is rude and disrespectful
Because i told him use gloves before you're touching the vegetables for the hot dogs
He was using he's he's dirty hands

Horrible staff! Horrible restrooms! You’ll be lucky if you can find someone tending the counter during rush hour while 3-4 employees are walking around! Multiple times (being I live next door) I’ve walked into the FILTHY restroom to see the SAME employee hiding out in the restroom vaping! Then today I was told it was “store policy” they can’t cash over 100$ on lotto! I think you should have the “owner” check the agreement signed with the Texas Lottery commission as it REQUIRES you to accept up to 500$ and cash it out!

I go to this 7-Eleven several times a week. It’s a great place, employees are friendly. Sometimes checkout can get a little backed up because it’s a busy store but it’s never more than a couple minutes.

Poor experience with the cashier today. Young kids have ZERO since of customer service!! This child needs to find a different job. I asked why certain flavors of Gatorade are at different prices than others.... response was, " I don't know, I don't set the prices." I then stated to her that they are mixed with the pricing, should they all be the same? And the response this time was, " it is what it is and doesn't matter to me." What wonderful customer service.! The proper response should have been, "I'm sorry sir, we need to check those prices and correct the mistakes." So, thanks, Izzy, for your poor service, Maybe 7 Eleven needs to either retrain you or tell you to move on. Because if I walk back in the store again and you are at the counter, I will walk out and take my business somewhere else.
