“Great find on a not so great week. Had wrecked on I-10 in the icy conditions Jan 15 and needed a place for me and my dog to stay for the week to work things out with insurance and stuff. First thing I was asked when calling is if we were ok. Then proceeded to welcome us with open arms for as long as we needed and at a discounted rate for our troubles. Room was great, service was excellent, food was yummy…couldn’t have asked for a better stay.Nearby activities: Not much going on in this small town, but had the necessities.”
“Stayed one night while traveling. Picked this location due price and old style appearance. Rooms had hand painted decorations painted directly on the walls as well as outside each room. Located was well worn and could use some updating/renovation but everything worked without issue. Breakfast was very basic but was fine. The only disappointment was the extra fee for a pet that was never mentioned earlier, even when asked. Very easy to find and was very quiet the night I was there. Great burger place and doughnut shop across the street.Overall, had no issues and would stay here again.”

“We were traveling through and had to book very late in the evening. We called the hotel and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and professional. He helped us book our room and made the process easy. When we arrived for check-in, Andrew (the gentleman on the phone) was so polite and friendly. We checked in easily and he even remembered my request for an extra pillow and a quiet room away from the elevator. He was great with his customer service. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, we had a great rest with zero noise. Breakfast selection was amazing. (I've stayed in places in Dallas and even those big city hotels did not compare to this stay.) We were very happy with our stay and if we travel through here again, I know where we are staying.”
