They clinic handled everything very respectfully and told us we were doing the right thing with how weak she has gotten.
They understood it was a tragic and painful time for my wife and I. The vet was a amazing.”
“Dr. Shaffer and her staff have taken care of my pups since 2020 when I moved to TX from CA (Don't hate me, I'm a refugee not a missionary). They have been caring and professional. Dr. Shaffer has been wonderful working with my 16 year old pup, Chili Dog (Black & White), to keep him happy and healthy. She helped me with my 16 year old Guster Buster (2nd pic) until Sept 2023 when he told me it was his time to go. She is compassionate and kind. She and her staff are also very patient with my poor damaged Louie Scamperini (3rd pic) who can be a bit unpredictable at times. He was a stray for the first few years of his life and sometimes forgets that he isn't anymore even now that he has been a house dog for almost 10 years! I don't know what possessed me but now I have another rescue, Nacho (4th pic), who is estimated to be 2 years old and I'm sure they will be taking care of him for years to come. I would recommend Dr. Shaffer and her staff to anyone!”
“I absolutely love this vet clinic! Everyone is so nice and very patient with my pup! I live in Dallas now but, I will drive all the way to Crowley for them to take of my lil lady, Peaches. Plus, I get to visit close family while in the area and the prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend!”

one of dogs was having a life threating ordeal. 4 months of going vet to vet to different ER units, nothing.
Dr Harlin diagnosed his issue and helped us get to right surgery center fast, even though they were booked.
Puppy now on the road to recovery.

“Did a virtual tour of this location to share with my pet parent followers on YouTube. They do microchipping at TCAP to help track your pet if it gets lost. One of the staff told me that they also have a virtual tour on the website.
If you have a smaller animal I highly suggest bringing it in a kennel or carrier so that it or they can be sheltered away from bigger dogs that might be reactive to them.
Friendly, helpful staff. Professional and efficient work to get the many animals in the community vaxxed, chipped, and tested.”
“The absolute best care for all my pet babies! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Best care and best prices. My Nala is a hand full and has broken a leg and the burleson ER said she would have to have it amputated. Dr. Rapier saved her leg. She is a happy Dog now with full use of her leg, you'd never know it was badly broken. So many positive things I could say, I'd highly recommend this clinic!”

“I called the office at 8:30 Monday morning about coming out to check on our filly who was walking stiffly. I did not think we would be able to get someone to come out until at least a day or two, but they got us on the schedule for the same day. The person I spoke to was very kind and up front about paying the deposit up front. Dr. Wright and her team were very kind and helpful and gave us a great plan of action to make sure our horse is well taken care of. I appreciate Dr. Wright and Burleson Equine so much, I will be able to rest tonight and not stress! Thank you!”

“I am surprised I haven't already left a review here. One of the most top notch grooming services we have. The team is knowledgeable on thier craft and takes responsibility for your peta well being. We have huskies and the fur is an outrageous feat. We do have line of site for blowouts on a more regular basis. And it's cost effective. What a team, and the customer service is top notch. You can tell the team really cares for animals. No matter how nervous your pet is, they take on the responsibility for making them feel comfortable. True professionals.”

My Zooey has never been away from me or my house(my smell) for long so I was worried leaving her and I was stressing about her feeling better but sure enough a week later she was back to her old self after the meds and cuddling with her mama.
