Absolutely terrible and incompetent. Impossible to get prescriptions refilled in a timely manner and won't answer the phone nor respond to voicemail. Finally picked up my newborn's medication and the pharmacist forgot to mix it-- I received a powder instead of a liquid for my newborn.

It's 2023, you need to have a customer service, a patient who needs her prescription can't wait that long on hold without someone picking up the phone and answering her.Definitely i'm going back to CVS or Rite Aid, small pharmacies don't want to become a preferred pharmacy to any patient or customer

Gone two to three times to pick up prescriptions. Never ready, tell go back next day. Still not ready. Since sold very bad service
