John Rodriguez spent an hour helping to diagnose a potential intermittent issue, including a test drive with me, and did not charge me a cent for his time and expertise. AMAZING service.

Hands down amazing customer service. Had a full break job and new tires put on. I had dealt with Toyota for months about my breaks not seeming quite right for them to always say they were fine. Z was upfront about the whole process and got me fixed up quickly. 10/10 recommend for any of your car/tire needs.
