“We moved to Burleson May of 2023. Every time I’ve had cause to visit this location, we’ve been helped by Chris and I can’t rave enough about how knowledgeable, kind, & helpful he’s been. Sometimes having phone issues can be frustrating but with Chris’ help there’s no stress to be had. He makes you feel like there’s nothing he can’t handle or help you to take care of taking away any frustration you may have had before arriving in his care. Someone needs to make this guy a manager or even regional director of some kind because if everyone treated customers like he does there wouldn’t be any customers complaining about service!! Thanks Chris for always being so spunky and having such a warm greeting smile!! He’s the only person I want To work with coming to this location because I know Every time I have To go in, I’m getting the most professional service TMobile has to offer!! “The male associate fixed my new Samsung s24 ultra to where the color was absolutely beautiful. I had to take it in 3 times with no success on color correction. However, the last male associate was able to fix it and I don't have to return the phone. The photos are as beautiful as iPhone pictures. No regrets!”

But it was a youngish looking guy with tattoos that was talking to me about his mom when I was ranting about my ex (also thank you for listening) and it was a girl!! Thank y’all yall are amazing!!!”
“One stop shopping for all your collectible and gaming needs. Great place for gifts, for your family and friends or when you want to treat yourself. Definitely prefer shopping online at their site versus going in to their stores due to the size of most brick and mortar locations.”

“They fixed my phone for me in just minutes when the first store I went to wasn't able to fix it. I don't remember the name of the guy that helped me, but he was super nice and even explained some things that ultimately helped me save a lot of time and money. “This is the closest one to where we live so I stop in when i need things that I dont want to have to drive further to get. This location including the parking lot is always clean and organized. They have a few checkers but for the most part its self-checkout which I am not a big fan of. The prices are decent but a little higher than your local Wal-Mart but they have better options. Starbucks is located inside and it is usually super busy but nice to have the option.”

“I stopped in quickly this morning for a breakfast muffin. There were a few other customers in the store as well and Gene was the cashier. Gene was fabulous! Happy to help each customer and gave them all a suggestion to save money on their purchases which also helped introduce 7/11 products for her company. She was kind, professional and personable and wore a huge smile! Great asset to have on staff 7/11!”

“My favorite 7 Eleven to get drinks, use the bathroom, and get gas. Love the app where I can get discounts on fuel and items in the store. The slushee area can be messy along with the counter where the lids/straws are and floors, but sometimes accidents happen”

“I just went in today to get the in home wifi and I'm not eligible but i was told to check back in like a week or two to see if they added my address to the service grid. she was so nice and patient very talkative and friendly I'm glad I stopped by instead of going to one on the way home. I even got a hotspot setup till I'm eligible for the in home wifi definitely the best metro store I have ever been into. Deff driving all the way from Venus Texas to this location to do business again”
