I have had 3 transmissions reworked here. I have had long life from all of them. He will always give you the best advice about what is best for your vehicle....even if the advice is to get rid of it before it breaks!!!!!

Professional and knowledgeable as always. You should definitely take your vehicle here for transmission repairs and service. I had my truck in and out for a full replacement. The guys are always professional. I never even saw them joking around. They were always working to get the job done. These guys understand the needs of the customer and their vehicle. I called every shop in dfw for pricing, and they were the best with the best warranty and fastest turnaround. They did a performance truck for me years ago, and I'm glad I took my new truck. I won't trust any other transmission shop with my business or recommendations over Bill Burrows Procision Transmission.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My truck has been there for weeks with no info given. When I called they said “thats normal” never heard of something like that. We’ve called multiple times and get the run around. I would not recommend this company to anybody!
