My wife and I were very impressed with the team that installed our 20'X20' carport. Because of the topography in our area and a driveway with a switchback, there was no way to get the materials to the site on the trailer.
Most installers would just forget it, but they figured it out and backed the trailer up to the switchback, then physically carried the steel trusses uphill another 600 yards. They didn't just walk the trusses up, the workers were actually running.
Head installer Celso Aguire Cardel was lighthearted about this, saying with a smile, "we're getting our exercise today."
There were no complaints about moving all that steel up a steep driveway.
They put up the structure quickly and efficiently and wanted our input about the little details of placing and constructing the building.
Afterwards there wasn't a bolt, nut or a piece of scrap to be found.
We could not be happier.

Can say enough about this company. From sales, to scheduling, to installation everything was great! Great communication and extremely smooth process. Our salesman Joe is top notch. Jasmine in scheduling super easy to work with. I've hat 2 different installation crews out a my place and bother did fantastic work. The clean up at competition was really good. Definitely recommend America Steel!

Horrible Experience, Purchased the building in February 2024, was having it installed onto Concrete. Then I called to schedule the building install in November & all of a sudden American Steel Carports says they require me to pull a permit with my county in order to have them install the building which is 22x40. I had to cancel as I did not have any intention to pull a permit with my county on this building nor was it ever disclosed that American Steel Carports required this when I initially purchased it. I also told them after finding this out I would be happy to sign a waiver releasing them of Liability, but they still would not work with me on this unless I pulled a permit. When speaking with the manger I asked, if you require a permit, then why are you not pulling it for me on my behalf? They then said they would help me obtain the permit. At this point I decided to go with another carport company as they have a sign off waiver option vs pulling a permit. I would not recommend purchasing from this company even though their prices are typically better initially, but in the long run the hassle was not worth it.

I COULD OF NOT MADE THAT DAY WITH OUT HER. SHE WAS SO CALM AND WE HAD SOME BUMPS TO FIGURE OUT AND SHE STAYED THE COURS WITH ME. COURTNEY IS DEFINITELY A HUGE ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. SHE WENT WAY AND ABOVE TO HELP ME GET THE HELP I NEEDED TO GET THE POLE BARN DESIGNED. SHE ASSURED ME THAT WE WOULD GET THROUGH IT AND WE DID!!! SHE DESERVES 5 STARS!!! Absolutely horrible experience, drunk subcontractors, sub contractor did not have insurance or a license, building is the wrong color, 2 months and they still have not fixed it! DO NOT BUY!
We are getting an attorney to sue them!!!

The quality is good and the young men who installed it were excellent. I thought that i was buying it from a company 20 miles from my farm but found out he was a "middle man" and had nothing else to do with it after he turned in the order to you. I gave him all of my farm tax information and he was gonna give it to you but I had to do it all over again and why did you need to know what I was going to use it for? I have other building needs but for them I will buy local and not 3rd party.

The carport is a great addition to the property. The service was great and installation crew was a well oiled machine, they were great! There was a timing issue for the installation due the location site, I gave that a pass as they were contacting me and receiving my calls as well. It was worth waiting for them and got done and looks great!??
