The manager is lazy and anytime she’s gotta do any kind of manager job she’s to busy this is two days in a row she gives me some kind of bs every morning she’s rude and just a complete kill to my morning will not be back.

Do not go to the 7-Eleven if you are expecting the normal 7-Eleven experience all 7-Elevens were designed and programmed to be the same you can go into any 7-Eleven in the United States and get the same stuff that's why they make it that way however at this particular location the store manager has decided that it is her decisions to not carry specific types of coffee anymore she doesn't sell any type of mochas she doesn't sell any type of hot coffees or cold coffee for that matter other than the ones in the fridge that contain chocolate she says that it's a waste of her money and that it affects her bottom line budget so just avoided go across the street or wherever to get your mochas or anything just not here

I would like to share that I visited this store on Tuesday 21st of May I wanted to purchase a vuse kit. A battery charger one pod that was on sale for 1. 99, the sign also said 1. 99It rang up 11. 99, Caleb the cashier had no idea what to do he tried numerous times contacting his supervisor manager by phone. After many many calls he reached a manager named Amanda. I could hear her telling him she had other things to do other than answer the phone when she gets off work,. I asked to speak to her he handed me the phone that just furiated her. She hung up the phone on me.

I went go put gas,I asked the cashier if she was okay because it look like she was mad and I never ask people if they’re okay but I wanted ask her you know to be kind and she tells me “yeah are you good “ with the worst attitude I ever experienced and then continues to tell me to “you better get off whatever your on” like I tried to be nice and I don’t I think deserved that response. This was like around 7:50pm on a Thursday march 7

Recently this store has gone downhill since Jennifer and the other morning girls left. This was the only 7/11 where the people seemed genuinely happy to see my son and I every morning. They were wonderful.Now however, it's always just not a great experience. The skinny older woman with the long hair seems to always have an attitude. Just this morning when I put my number in and asked about a promo, she very rudely said "put your number in". Being that id already done so, I just looked at her waiting for it to maybe take effect on her side. She just snapped the total at me again. The promo in which they have stickers for Never took effect and she was thoroughly unwilling to help in any fashion. Never once has my experience with her been pleasant and I've given her multiple opportunities to right herself over the course of time she's been there. All in all, I think I'm just gonna go to Valero from now on. They treat us really sweet there, and if I can't get the sales anyway, then it doesn't matter much. Luckily this is a small town and word travels quick, as others I've spoken with have brought up her ill attitude as well. She needs a solid training session in customer service because it's absolutely non-existent.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at the 7-Eleven until just now, two minutes ago. The cashier is beyond rude, unhelpful, and ugly inside I simply was asking for how much a bag of ice was and because I didn’t hear her. She got mad and repeated it to me rudely I had five dollars and change and a five dollar bill due to the ice machine not working across the street that’s why I was asking how much it was and I gave her the five and change and a five dollar bill and requested to get the change back in two dollar bills and she refused to take The quarters and quarters is money too and I believe that they cannot refuse any type of change the upbeat part of it is the man behind me handed me a $50 bill as he walked by me that’s how rude she was and thank you to the gentleman behind me was not needed but very much appreciated. I’m new to the area and that is going to be very helpful for me. Thank you but the rudeness of this cashier I need a job so if you don’t like your job, I’ll be more than able to give good service and take your job because someone with your attitude that doesn’t deserve to be working in public. Thank you.
