“Parking: We had an banquet last night from 6pm - 8:30pm. In that time period, guests from our event had their cars broken into. Windows were broken & items taken. If you are considering having an event at night, hire a security guard with a big dog!!”

“We've been members of RP Country Club for 3 years and we love it. The staff are excellent and great at making you feel welcomed. We've rented various rooms for different events and had wonderful service and food. We really love everyone there, but especially Kelsey and Enrique. Enrique is a fabulous chef, and Kelsey makes some great drinks! The golf course is difficult, but so beautiful!”

“Great place to go see movies. Highly recommend buying your tickets online or on the app. I personally use the app which makes things super simple. You can even order your snacks/drinks on the app if you don’t want to wait in line. Every interaction I’ve had with staff has been great. Everyone has good customer service. The seats are always clean and comfy.”
“Interesting place with multiple businesses on-site to include a large church that can make parking difficult on Sundays. One of the rooms doesn't have any seating, which is a bit of drag.”

“It was an enjoyable time- great views. All of staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the doorman, Elvis.The spa services were good. However, if guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to spa treatment. May I suggest the spa open 30 minutes early or begin scheduling appointments 30 minutes after opening.Rooms: May consider updating room decor including adding streaming services.Nearby activities: Might consider partnering with golf course for guests.Walkability: Enjoyed morning walks through the hills of the nearby neighborhood.”

“This hotel was great. I was pretty impressed with this place. The employees are all professional, kind, and courteous. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good. They had a good selection each morning. It isn't the best breakfast around, but it's one of the better ones. The hotel for the most part is in great shape. It's pretty quiet and i enjoyed my stay. Y'all keep up the great work.”

“It's a great place to be if you love dogs "pet-friendly", barking at 2 a.m. Not so much if you want to get a good night's sleep while traveling! Maybe I need to find a "people-friendly" place the next time, as in for the one who pays the bills! ;-) Nice clean room though! Bathroom sink slow to drain. Comfy. Upadte: after getting over my lack of sleep on the first night, I decided to change my rating from 1 to 5. The hotel is fine, it's the entitled guests who are only concerned with themselves and their dogs that they would let them bark all night! No consideration for others. That's what the world is today!!”
“Good hotel. Clean. Spacious lobby. There are some tables out back to relax and view some trees.Location is nice with a mall across the highway and a lake a few miles to the west.Room was clean, quiet, and well maintained.Gym was spacious, but missing some dumbbells.”

“Absolute horrible experience with this hotel. I stayed there two nights. I paid the first night through Expedia and the second one at the hotel. The next day they charge me for a third night. And when I contacted them, they inform me that they would give me a refund for the extra night that I was charged. However, not only did that not happen I was charged again for another night. I have been waiting for a call from Victoria for five days now and I still have not heard from her. I now have two additional charges on my account and haven’t seen zero refund and have had zero response from Victoria the general manager. They caused my accounts to bounce and extra fees removed. BEWARE FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD”

“Absolutely gorgeous venue but downside is they are extremely picky with their hours and only allow you to have 5 hours with guests. If you want additional time, you can pay $300 per hour on top of the $10,000 that you've already spent just to rent the venue. However, $300 wouldn't be the only cost since you'd have to pay other parties to stay there for the additional hours as well.”
