I had given up looking for shops in Austin and started looking out of town. Then I found David and he fixed what others wouldn't touch (and no bondo!)! I also got it back in a day and half. Fantastic job and well priced! Also, friendly local family business.”

“They were very professional and helpful. I appreciate the updates sent via msg about the work done on my car. They fixed it as they told me and It was done 2 days before the expected date.. It looks like new, and they did a great job! The only issue is they broke a small plastic piece in the trunk when they reinstalled what they removed before...and it doesn't look good! But they orderd the replacement part as soon I told them...the service advisor Jake was nice and responsive, and said that this issue will be fixed quickly! So had to go back there to get it fixed . Also I was surprised to see how much it costs to fixe a small thing..I guess these are the rates here in north Austin..fortunately everything is paid off by the insurance!”

“I brought my car here for hail repair. It turned out perfect, there is no trace of hail damage at all. It took just 2 weeks instead of 3. They also updated me of my car's status every step of the repair. Another thing is they are a preferred shop for my insurance thus making it a bit more hassle free for the claim and adjustments on the estimate. Staff was very much accommodating. “This place has been my saving grace. Replaced my entire suspension and was using orileys for my parts until they sold me a bunch of used parts so I came here instead and they took care of me. Then my alternator went out and orileys and autozone wanted $280 + for the part… I got it from here for $158 and it’s great. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. Good knowledgeable group too. Very nice and actually care.”

The front desk staff was very cordial and was also able to actually speak to the mechanic personally, who went out of his way to help me get my stick edger serviced. I found my new small engine repair facility.”

Rachel was thorough on the phone and told me that they are not allowed to change battery that is in the trunk but they can guide me and use their tools.
