Never had a good experience, always have to get it fixed after they do work. I honestly dont think they know what they are doing but gouging people.

Our check engine light came on and our engine started leaking as we were traveling to Galveston and this was the only mechanic in town according to the police department. We stopped in and told him our problem and that it was not a big deal. He was nice and did not charge for this advice. A day later and now our car is stalling on the Houston freeway. This was not a fun experience and could have been avoided. We stopped at another mechanics shop and the issue was promptly fixed.

These guys are the real deal. They can work on anything. I've taken everything from my 58 Chevy truck to my Toyota Tundra and everything in between to Felps and have not been disappointed. Everything is always fixed right for a very fair price. Definitely recommend

Do NOT take your vehicle to these guys! Terrible communication on the status of your vehicle. I drop a vehicle off for a simple 30 minute procedure (per the owner.) They kept the vehicle for 24 hours. They also promised me that they would "bring the car to me." And once the vehicle was finished, they refused.

Working with Charlie and Mike was great. When I did damage to my vehicle I was passing through Johnson City on my way to San Antonio. I needed to take my Honda somewhere immediately after the accident and I was able to get in contact with Charlie even though it was late at night. He told me to tow the vehicle to his shop. He was able to look at my car the next day. Thanks, gentlemen!
