Packages get delivered to wrong addresses or not at all. Business hours suck for people with jobs and they dont do weekends for pickup on packages that they were too lazy to deliver.

The two girls working were extremely professional and helpful in helping me with my change of address and some system problems the national website was havin in updating my new address. Took the time to make some phone calls for me.

Was just in there to check on a package that was delivered and one of the ladies was very rude, very short and NOT helpful what soever ! Was a little bit of a smartelic ! VERY poor customer service!!

Since the old post master been replaced. Dude only responded when you had exact info. Nothing close if it's off a little. And some newer employees only about 2-3 shown up along with the new post master. Things with them. Have been good. But due to the fact they kept a few key veteran employees who knew how to handle things properly without intervention from the older post master. Since he's gone obviously... Things have been pleasant. Please note this review has been a few years in evaluating the post office itself. A long term investment none the less.

Delivery person filled out a slip for package to be picked up at office. Reason, delivery failed, what reasoning is that. Delivery person failed to deliver due to laziness. I am filing a formal complaint, however, 1.6 stars as an accumulated review score is right in line with my assessment.

Horrible customer service. Every time I call or go in there they are rude and not helpful at all... they refuse to track down my package and act irritated when you ask them a question. Very unprofessional and rude, especially the gentleman that works there.

Rain, sleet, snow or hail; They will have your mail. Really good service professionals that handle your business here and solve any problems quickly.
