I bought a universal remote controller for my Samsung tv. Start to set up the remote and it connected with the TV, but would not stay connected with the TV. I took it back to the family dollar store and and I could only return for the exact same item. I tried to contact the corporate office and no answer not shopping here again

The staff here is in a desperate need of a custom service class. Was not greeted when entering, there was no one at the cash register and at check out the lady was so rude I think her name is Tori or Lori or whatever. If you are going to deal with customers then know how to. If not then you need to be in another industry....
