You are the worst location I have ever been to. I will gladly drive to the woodlands to go to my old location make it a special monthly trip. I tell you your employees are awful even worse customer service. I ordered the wrong size diapers I called them to change it right away. Nobody picked up I called over 5 times. I chatted with Sams they said they tried to call this place nobody answered. Then they couldn't cancel because the people at my Sams are supposed to but they said they can't only the people online can corporate but they said the store only can. I called the store again someone picked up put me on hold then hung up the phone. The other day I ordered a Christmas present the big Caucasian guy you have working stood at my car didn't say a thing I said hello he said here's your stuff I tried to take it he grabbed it back and said I got to scan it brb he done took it walked to a lady car started unloading her stuff with my item in hand. He then went to take it back inside after I seen him scan it I beeped my horn and screamed at him guess I embarrassed him enough he returned the item to me and said oh I had to make sure it was yours I said give me my insert cuss word I know you was trying to take it he said sorry ma'am.

Bad experiences here. Rush time I needed to be fast without breaking any law But Sam's policies aren't avtual about asking physical and electronic ID. Toooo bad Some time I can be flexible but sometimes it what it is. Good services is not to give all what customer wants Bu it's a great experience in this case I just came for a pants. I decided to take a wine botle and a package of dry fruits. But in this moment all my I'd was electronic They didn't accept for a wine a bottle and I'm I good looking moren than 30th Does the law say that You lost 35$ from your pocket and a bad experiences of almost 10 people waiting in the line. The store itself is amazing and customer service is A1 but the little cafe shop needs some ranchhhhhhhh !!! What kinda pizza place doesn't have ranch? But other then that it's all right.

Pick up order placed the night before for between 12-1pm. Still not ready and it is 1:45 pm. Went to the store only to be told they are way behind with their pickup due to being short handled. This isn't the first time for them. It seems as If they are often short handed. Sam's no longer care about their customers. It is all about increasing their profit. I am up for renewal 1/19, think I will pass on being s member for over 30 years. Ya'll NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

Good location. Had just about all the items I was needing except for one that I couldn’t find and couldn’t find any staff available to take me to the aisle that item would possibly be at. On the Sam’s Club app it showed that they item was in stock but I did not find it in an aisle in the grocery sections. Members Mark Mango Slices is what I was unable to find not get any staff employees to assist me. I have never had an issue before since doing my shopping at this specific location.

I needed some help today with obtaining a copy of a receipt. BERET was so helpful and went above and beyond to get me the information I needed! I can't thank her enough for the "Can do" attitude & obviously the store empowering their employees to take care of their customers. THANK YOU BERET!!

We had a grocery pickup scheduled for 6-7pm...we arrived at 6:15 and waited 45 min before our order came out. It was one box of trail mix When we asked the guy delivering he said the times are assigned by the computer but that doesn't mean your order will be ready between those hours...you have to wait til the text or email comes in. We are used to shopping at H‑E‑B and Target where the time slot you choose for pickup is the time slot you are able to pick up. The system here is not ideal so be prepared to wait.

This Sam's club is always friendly. I can't say enough about the Scan and Go app... something that Costco doesn't have. I can always find what I'm looking for. The bakery is staff is helpful. My only complaint is that the cafe needs help, needs to be open until designated time, needs to have pretzels---my husbands fave. ----this is the only reason we drive out of our way to for it the Sam's on Bellaire. Overall, I'd recommend.

This the worst Sams Club . They will resale water to you and when you find out that they are not supposed to and you let the manager know the management will turn on you the customer. I have a reason to believe that Sam sells other perishable food that comes in open or retapped , returns .

Costco would never!!!! This store was a clusterfck the one and only time I've ventured in. I'm happy I got in on a deal that membership pays for itself even though I had a hard time trying to use that gift card. Only ended up primarily buying a rotisserie chicken which is why they get 3 stars. That chicken was freshly cooked, I literally grabbed it as soon as the guy put it down and boy was it good. Costco's chicken has this weird sweet taste to it that I absolutely hate. Sam's chicken was exactly as it should be, just seasoned meat that tastes like meat! They just need to work on the presentation of this store. Empty boxes everywhere...I can't!

Pick up is the best!!! I get noticed and greeted very soon which I appreciate very much because I'm impatient. Joseph is so kind, very polite. Five starts for their awesome pick up staff

Items are few and far between lacking variety. The cafe has almost no available items. They are using the bog standard "it's COVID19's fault" except other stores can manage to maintain inventory. They also cleared all the soda machines out and are selling bottled sodas above cost at the cafe. They did this right after shutting down all fountain drinks. Typical crappy Houston got ya store
