Hi,I would like to express my personal experience with MI-BOX.I was on a rush trying to get a storage for the school to avoid the severe weather and cause damage to outdoor furniture. I shopped around and no one was welling to assist till I made some research and Found MI-BOX storge company.It's a locally owned company, and the customer service is amazing, very helpful, very professional, their prices are way cheaper, and very comparative than other known companies. They also offered same day service.Really thank you so much for everything

Mi-Box moving and storage is absolutely amazing. Great customer service and very flexible. I ordered the wrong size box they came back out and delivered a bigger one at a discounted rate and I had to relocate my pod several time they were quick and accommodating! I highly recommend Mi-Box not only are they hands on with excellent customer service but the office staff ladies are amazing and effectively communicated all details and pricing every step of the way. I love the services I received from MI- Box I can’t not remember the lady name who set everything up for me but she was AWESOME her customer service was great and I had a please of speaking to her when it was time for me to return the box . I give this come 5 stars the box had enough room for me to move my kitchen,dinning room,living and office. The monthly price was great at well it was lower than other rates I received. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

High marks for Mi Box and I will absolutely book them again on the next move. Mi Box process was seamless all the way around. Great customer service, Madonna was very responsive on all calls and questions. When the container was delivered, they placed it precisely where I wanted it, and the entire delivery took less than 10 mins. Driver is highly skilled with hydraulic system of the container drop and there was no dragging on my driveway. Pickup and relocation was perfect. Very clean containers. Mi Box has this process red carpeted for you and makes your move so much smoother. Highly recommend them if you need on location storage.

Mi-Box is by far the best in the city! There customer service is top notch very friendly and informative. The storage container is very nice and clean. Its also water proof when I had the container it rained several days not one drop in the container and all my belongings were perfect. I can’t say enough I am a very happy customer thank you Mi-Box.

Mi-Box was uhhmazing, recently remodeled and didn't have enough room to store my big furniture. I called frantically; they delivered Mi-Box within a couple of hours. Madonna was super helpful in filling out the digital paperwork. Super simple process and didn't have to leave the house. Great service! Definitely recommend.

Mi-Box provided a very flexible, affordable solution for our complicated move. They dropped off and picked up the pods when scheduled. They were able to accommodate changes when we needed to delay or expedite a delivery or request an additional pod on short notice. The driver was skilled in placing the pod as directed without damaging our property or possessions. Knowing that our pods were securely stored in a climate controlled warehouse while we waited for our new home construction to complete gave us peace of mind. Best of all, we saved at thousands of dollars and wear to our belongings because we did not pay a traditional moving company to load and unload trucks and storage units multiple times. Highly recommend Mi-Box.

This place is awesome. Their product is FAR superior to pods or pack rats. Better build quality, options for up to 20’ container, option for climate controlled storage, and much more. The people are great too. Madonna who helped me on the phone is local, knows her stuff, and was lovely to work with. The driver Hector is also top notch. 11/10 would recommend Mi Box!
