βI visited Mattress Firm located on Bunker Hill, Houston, Tx. I had the extreme pleasure of meeting Rusty, who thoroughly walked me through picking a new mattress. Rusty, was not only patient in explaining the different types of mattresses and their specific attributes, he allowed me to continue comparing them until I reached a decision. He never pressured me to purchase anything, and as a result, I bought two mattresses and a pillow. I will be coming back soon to make another purchase. This is a great store to visit if you're looking for a mattress. The customer service is unmatched!β

βWe went in Sunday to get my father a bed. He was going home from the hospital Monday so it was a last minute emergency purchase. Sean was closing, but was so kindly enough to stay after hours to help us purchase a bed for my father. He understood our situation and went out of his way to help us. Not only that, but gave us a great deal! And helped us load our mattress in the truck. We will never forget his kindness! This is a great representation of what a true salesman is! Not just selling to sell, but cares for the community!β

βAfter months of looking at different furniture stores on Instagram and facebook. I came across La Sierra. I first called and spoke to Louis, I asked about several sectionals I was interested in. A week later I decided to drive 1 hour away from where I live, that was the best decision! Luis stayed late for me which they close at 7pm but he stayed. I couldn't make up my mind of what sectional I wanted he was so helpful and patient. I finally picked the most comfortable sectional! He delivered a few days later. His delivery guys were so helpful. I will definitely continue to shop and refer people to La Sierra! Thank you Louis!β

I went to this Sleepnumber location 15 mins before closing, and am so glad I did! Mike's service was exceptional and outstanding; he stayed an hour after closing and was extremely patient and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to help me find the perfect pillow without being pushy. I ended up leaving with not 1, but 2 pillows! Would HIGHLY recommend this location for their 5-star service and attention to detail.β
