HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I paid $8,700 in full on 4/22/24 when I clean the GG table I noticed it was damaged underneath the table top, therefore I reached out to Jonathan the owner and Courvoiser the salesman. Jonathan sent his employees to pick up my table to repair! He NEVER informed me of what’s going on, until I reach out to him and he BS and doesn’t do what he states! He agreed to deliver the table and give me credit for the damages! Today is August 30 and I’m still waiting on my credit and my table! He is not responding to my messages! I WILL NEVER do business again at LONESTAR Furniture! They are not committed in do the right thing for the customer!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service I received!!

I had my heart set on a particular table but with a different set of chairs. Jonathan was able to order what I wanted and had it delivered almost an hour from his location. He will definitely work with you on getting you what you want. Unfortunately, 5 of the 6 chairs aren't sitting straight, they wobble. I asked him to have them fixed. He's not good at responding when I text or call. When he does respond, I'm told he'll send someone out yet they never show up. He continues to say he'll work with me but almost 2 months after they've been delivered, they are still not fixed. I'm beyond frustrated at this point.

I am very disappointed with my recent purchase on 3/25/24. My top mattress was delivered with NO plastic on it and it has a horrible stale smell to it. Why would I not be delivered FRESH a matress. So basiclly, I was delivered a floor model matress that has been repeadtly laid on with germs and it smells horrible. The bed lights up HOWEVER, the button used to turn the light on doesn't work as promised. I purchased and paid for a rug that was NOT delivered. Upon delivery I called Hector and he would not answer my call but would answer the driver call. I finally talked to him from the driver's phone and he then apologized for the fact he forgot the rug and promised to deliever it as a first stop from the warehouse Saturday morning 3/25/24 between 11 to 1130am. The rug was never delivered as promised. As I was patiently waiting I didn't call Hector as well as the driver until well after 2pm and there was no answer from either party. I then text Hector and the driver seperately and told them do not deliever the rug becuase I don't want it and I want a refund. Hector did not answer the phone but responded by text and stated "ok, I'll let my driver know." The furniture I purchased WAS NOT the said color he said it would be. I did not want my sofa to be dark gray and explained to him that I did not like dark colors and Hector reassured me the color was what I chose but he lied. This is my second time purchasing from here and this was the most aweful customer service I have ever experienced. I would be very skeptical purchasing here again. I want this all corrected. I will even be making a complaint to the BBB. I can't believe I received used a used mattress that is so unsanitary. I am beyond disbelief with this entire purchase.

I came in looking to purchase a comfy couch for my apartment and was greeted by Josh, his customer service was excellent!!! He helped me find a couch in my price point and made the process so smooth I ended up finding and buying my very first couch in the same day! I will be recommending all my friends and family to come here for their furniture needs :)
