Always a pleasant experience! Landon is such a personable young man and is so helpful whenever I have any questions. He makes it a pleasant experience. Also, the nice young men and ladies who work here are always smiling and friendly to me. I would highly recommend a coming here. My car always looks so clean!! Was very satisfied with the service and work done on my vehicle. I got a full service detail with seat cleaning, I’ve taken my vehicle to other detailers and none of them have done a job as well as iShine, and iShine was cheaper. What I also liked is that they have many return customers that seemed satisfied with the work.

Ripped my 6 inch antennae off my truck. Honestly for the price of the car wash that left my truck nearly as dirty as it was when I came in I'll just wash my truck at home from now on. Customer service was VERY disorganized and disrespectful which I was very surprised by.. I understand they aren't responsible for my replacement, but highly dissatisfied that the guy standing a foot away from it didn't give a quick heads up as they turned my mirrors in..

Honestly not even worth one star. I brought my mustang 5.0 to them and they destroyed the radio system. I have no ac no radio no backup camera thanks to whatever they did inside. I’ve had this car since November 2019 and haven’t had one issue with the system until I decided to get my car washed from these guys. They said there was nothing they could do. “It must be a coincidence” and told me to go to traders village for it to be fixed on my dime. The car wasn’t even that clean. There was spots that they just said screw it. Not happy at all with this place and will not be returning.

I had a small rock fly up and chip my windshield. I took it to these guys. The girl looked at it and said they could fix it in 30 minutes. An hour and a half later they bring my truck around and they completely f***** up my windshield! Save yourself the frustration and take it somewhere else for windshield repairs.

I have gone to many drive thru carwashes over the years. Most of the time I still have road grime on my car, even after the "premium" wash. This car wash can make any car, including my bucket, a sight to behold. I come here every time I'm in the area. I got the monthly subscription, even though it's out of the way for me. I promise that you won't be disappointed. Even after the rain, she still shines.

I highly recommend iShine CarWash and Detail on Jones Road! I am fairly new to the area and my experience at iShine was a pleasant one from beginning to end. The moment I pulled up I was greeted by the Sales Manager Randy. His knowledge of the car washes ins and outs and the ability to explain all the was packages and the detailing was immaculate. I used Sshine for 2 cars that I'm selling and the results were excellent. The interior of both cars had heavy stains and dirt build up..I shine did a great job getting the dirt out of every nook and cranny and getting out the tough stains. I also had headlight restoration done which really adds to the clean look of the vehicle (Before and after photos below). Further, they dropped me off at my house while I waited and then dropped the car off to me when it was done. We, will definitely be using them again!

Took in my car to get interior detailed. I had recently moved and my cat had peed in the car. I got the smell out beforehand but there was a stain. They shampooed the seats and my car looks amazing. They also did a headlight restoration and my headlights look brand new. I took my boyfriends car the next day and his car was disgustingly dirty. I do not have a before picture but they did such an amazing job his car looks brand new. The only suggestion I would give to iShine is remind customers to take before pictures because I wish I would have so you could see the difference in my boyfriends car.
