“I recently worked with ProSource on replacing flooring in my home. I worked with Thomas, who was fantastic, but I could see/sense the professionalism, hard work, and customer focus of the entire staff.They have a huge supply of manufacturers and types of flooring. Thomas helped me work through this myriad of possibilities and find exactly what I was looking for. They are in process of installing right now and I couldn’t be more pleased. Installed looks exactly like the samples, etc..Thomas was a huge help as I am not an expert ( the exact opposite). Whether measuring, explaining terminology, expediting delivery, or working through last second clarifications, he had time/patience to make sure I knew what I was getting. This all happened from Thanksgiving through YE when it is very difficult to contact people and arrange deliveries. “I was looking for one item, I stopped at the Katy location off of Mason Road, and I seen a light bulb that lit when the lights went out, well in Katy I got what they had so on my way to Cleveland Tx, I knew about the Spring location off of Spring Cypress, and went into the shop, well I found one more bulb, different kind but does what I needed it for. And like the Katy store I found more things perfect for stocking stuffers. But, I still needed three more light bulbs. I asked the sales manager to see if by chance they were located anywhere else in the store. No, but I found other things those animal PJ's and slippers were perfect for a elder I had been looking for something that they didn't already have. Perfect, perfect, perfect.I sure miss this store, as I was moving out of the Spring area, this store was built about 1-2 years before. And, it was much closer than the big box stores. And always had something I couldn't live without. Thank you ACE in Spring. Great customer service.”

“I needed to replace a door at my home. I started online and was overwhelmed with options. I went to the "big box" store and when I finally found the doors i looked around but never received any service. I finally did what is should of done from the start. I visited Champion True Value. I was immediately greeted by two associates that assisted me. They directed me to the owner Scott Gilbert and he took it from there. He made the process so simple and easy. He even recommended a installer that did a great job. Don't waste your time shopping just go to True Value they have great inventory, fair prices and most of all personal service. “got some paint or something like paint to put on concrete outside. they have a retail location, the person was helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are much better than any Sherwin Williams store and the service at Sherwin williams was not very personable, unless you are a really large customer. Quality of paint at Unicorp was far superior without all the stick price shock.”
