“I recently worked with ProSource on replacing flooring in my home. I worked with Thomas, who was fantastic, but I could see/sense the professionalism, hard work, and customer focus of the entire staff.They have a huge supply of manufacturers and types of flooring. Thomas helped me work through this myriad of possibilities and find exactly what I was looking for. They are in process of installing right now and I couldn’t be more pleased. Installed looks exactly like the samples, etc..Thomas was a huge help as I am not an expert ( the exact opposite). Whether measuring, explaining terminology, expediting delivery, or working through last second clarifications, he had time/patience to make sure I knew what I was getting. This all happened from Thanksgiving through YE when it is very difficult to contact people and arrange deliveries. “Always neat to take friends in to this store, as they have the things you used to find in Hardware stores "of the past". Big box stores carry mainstream items mostly which is good but this store is just a reminder of days past. Neat to look around too. They were the only place I could find a large metal funnel for my Halloween outfit of a "Tin Man"........ everyone els had plastic ones. But seen other things there that are hard to find as well. Worth the trip. Even have things outside to look at, dare I say yard art, haa.”

“got some paint or something like paint to put on concrete outside. they have a retail location, the person was helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are much better than any Sherwin Williams store and the service at Sherwin williams was not very personable, unless you are a really large customer. Quality of paint at Unicorp was far superior without all the stick price shock.”

“The store clean and organize. Some staff walking around but no dedicate to help customers. And after you reach them to request guidance and help with a product the answer was very neutral, no rude but with not desire to answer or help... Not feel to go back to that location again or next time I have to go to that one I will be waiting for a Mr. elder that he looks motivated to help and clarify any costumer's question as I saw him doing it. Beside that good variety of tools and equipment.”
