This is the nearest family dollar in the area but its far from family. The store is disorganized and the employees are ALWAYS rude to customers. Everyone has an attitude both male and female. No one says hello, how can i help you, have a good day, nothing! Instead they have these stupid looks on their faces like they hate being there. Well guess what?? NOBODY’S STOPPING YOU FROM LEAVING. I’ve frequented this location many times because it’s the only one near and i’ve seen employees rude to the elderly, mothers with small children present, customers asking questions about a product, etc. It’s like they don’t want to be bothered. I’ve experienced this myself on different occasions. I’ve heard employees cursing and saying things they shouldn’t around customers, raising their voices at customers, giving customers angry looks and just being mean for no reason! No kindness, no professionalism, no care, no concern, no nothing! WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT IN THIS PLACE?? DOES ANYBODY CARE?? Guess not and it shows! The disrespect is frustrating and my solution would be to FIRE EVERYBODY!!! Hire people that care about their job and care about others!!

Very bad, the girl who treated me at the cashier took my money back and told me not to come back. I need to talk to her boss so they won't have clients, very bad treatment from them.

I went into this store at 3pm, there was a black male wearing glasses and a light skinned black female with locs or braids working. I was placing items in my basket & the lights flickered for literally half a second. As if someone tampered with the breaker box. The black male screamed yes & then got upset when the lights popped back on so quickly. I asked “Do you not want customers in here” & he replied “It’s just more peaceful!” 5 minutes later I was told the system was down & I had to leave the store by the lighter skinned female who walked behind me & my son around locked the door. This occurred today 04/01/2024 at 3:15PM. I hope corporate sees this & looks into this matter as it created A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR MYSELF & MY SON!

If I could go as low as 0 stars , that will do justice , if family dollars can employ people with customer service they need to shut the place down than rather allowing paying customers to deal wit rude workers and workers who don’t know how to do their job. The light skin girl that was working on the 28th at 7:18 was so rude and refused services to reload my cashapp card saying I’m sorry but we don’t reload cashapp cards meanwhile I’ve bn doing it for about 3 months straight at this location.. I just never loaded at night … very unprofessional and very uncalled for . Never ever ever coming here

I need Somone to explain why this store is being closed 20- 30 minutes before 9 pm which is closing time and why is it happening daily. Somone needs to get this addressed. I had an emergency last night and had to find other means because the door was locked and no one responded to my knock or to my phone call.

I brought my kiddos there to buy birthday hats and balloons on Apr 2nd noon. The check out lady was so friendly chatting with my girl and gave her a warm birthday blessing. The kind gesture is what we need in this world. Thank you so much!

I went here to grab a couple bags of candy. I chose Family Dollar cause I knew it would be a quick transaction. The cashiers were friendly and I was in and out in no time!
