“Really great place to find random bargains. I’ve found some really great items for my home there. My favorite finds are the books, home goods, and beauty items. Sometimes they don’t stick to the advertisement dates so you might go in and get disappointed to not find an item bc they put it out ahead of time, but oh well.”

“I've been a customer since they've opened and haven't had issues. They employees tend to the store all the time to make sure it's kept stocked, clean, and organized which sets this place apart from other stores. I've come to know some of the employees there like miss boss lady, miss Cat (Curly Hair), and young miss D". They're great and very knowledgeable of their store and helpful to show you around to track that item down for you. I've had an experience of " The Watcher Man" which made my experience unpleasant. Aside from that experience I'm not allowing that to stop me from visiting one of my favorite stores. "Watcher Man" please educate yourself on diversity inclusion and know the community that supports the store. This leaves a very negative outlook and jeprodizes other employees on the team. To the owner and the rest of the team if I didn't mention you I Thank for your customer and response to address my concerns and compliments. Thank you, you still have my support.”

Store looked great. Been in specialty retail for 30 yrs, he reminded me of when people that worked in the industry cared about customer service and what their stores looked like.
My only complaint is the associate at the door. She is youngish, thin, with long dark hair and those dead cow eyes.
We walked in, she looked up from her phone, glanced at us and looked back down. No acknowledgement, much less a smile.
When I walked up to register, she finally looked up and stared at me. No hi, how can I help you etc. Just stood there like a mute . I said hi, she stood there. I asked if there was someone that could help me and she seemed annoyed. The first reaction!
I was so irritated I considered slapping her to see if she was alive or a zombie. I didn't.
The mgr came up and took care of us quickly and professionally. I didn't say anything because there was a line and I was so so very angry I would have been sarcastically mean.
Anyway, she ought not be in retail. Maybe making food, in the back, at Taco Bell.
I sound mean, but God she was awful.
Again kudos to the mgr, he almost made me forget about it. I hate he's stuck with someone like her. I get it though.
Where I work, we have no interview process, it's all online and people show up with their hiring papers.

“I lost all track of time shopping at this location. Five below was my first stop in the shopping center. It had a very peaceful environment. I really enjoyed browsing. The store was well stocked and clean. There were items in the store that were actually marked down below five bucks and the items that were above five bucks, were worth it. Now days good customer service is hard to find, but the employees were so nice and friendly. I even got up first thing the next morning and went back to buy an item I second guessed the day before lol. I highly recommend this location.”

I was at this store about a month ago, late evening. It was paaaacked. Nonetheless, they were still treating everyone with respect, not once giving anyone attitude, because the lines being so long (it wasn’t nor will never be their fault!), they were greeting everyone and smiling… then it came my turn…
I had a lotta items to buy and on top of that a bunch of balloons to get inflated. Not once they were mean nor say anything that made me feel uncomfortable, ???? ???? ???? ??????? ?? ? ????, ?????? ?? ??? ??? ??? ???????? ??? ????? ??????? ???!
I was sooo overwhelmed with their kindness and patience that I wanted to tip them, and they refused! I gave LaToya like 5 hugs and told her how thankful I was for their ahhhmazing service!
They went the extra 100 miles to get things done, and I cannot express how thankful I am to know that we have this kind of service in the neighborhood!
So if yall visit my ✨bougie store✨ be ????, ????, ?????? ??? ??????? ???? ????!

“First and most exciting, as you approach the front door, you are given a photo line-up of shoplifters. Now these are not your average 8×11 or 5x10 photos, no no no the owner instead is ensuring anyone from the sidewalk can too identify those 5 finger discounters from the line up. Shopping was fun, tons of items, very organized and very clean. Have great birthday banner/ balloons+++ stuff! Finale of the trip... as I'm standing in line to pay I hear a staff member get on the overhead speaker to advise 'ladies and gentlemen don't be scared, it's going to be alright but please know we have a shoplifter in the store!' ? ... this folks is pure genius ? ?”

“This is a nice-sized store therefore having more merchandise than the smaller stores. They carry a wide variety of items and the shelves are well-organized. They are good at getting the new merchandise on the shelves and quick to clean up after someone rude or lazy has come thru like a tornado so, you won't find many, if any, boxes sitting in your way! The parking lot is not busy and you can count on always having a parking spot! This location is obviously well-managed because the employees always seem to be doing their jobs! The checkout lines are not usually long but if so, they go fairly quickly! Recommended!”
