I was only worried about the carpets but Austin went above and beyond. When I got my car back it was even better than before, it felt like a brand new car. Austin was kind, professional, and flexible with my schedule. Highly recommend having your car detailed here!”

“Came here Saturday for their promotional wash. Good customer service, very friendly and professional. Great wash. My son especially liked the lights during the car wash. I liked that my car was actually clean. Not bad for an express wash. Here are my pros and cons:
Pros: Quick, easy, good wash. They used brushes to clean car before going through. Friendly staff. Free vacuums and a hand towel if needed. Their vacuums have good sucking power. All the food that my toddler drops under his seat- gone without real effort. Disgusting how much gets under it! I also like all the space!! You’re not on top of another car in the vacuum area, like at some other car washes. Easy to get in and get out.
Cons: The vacuum hoses don’t reach deep into my SUV trunk area. If you don’t have a long SUV this doesn’t apply to you. My trunk space runs pretty deep with the seats down. If you have a similar sized car, you’ll have to back into the spaces for vacuums to get to those spots or go over the back seats. All in all, not a big deal.
They are running a special for unlimited plan $5 for first month. Signed up for that. Would’ve paid the full price. Win for me!”

“look no further if you’re looking for a PDR professional. after my brand new 2024 lexus went through a hail storm and had dents everywhere (roof, side, hood, chrome moldings etc), and unfortunately my insurance didn’t cover, i was on the hunt to find someone for PDR. i spoke with 6 different professionals and all of them said majority of my parts would need to be replaced, it won’t be possible to take out the dents etc. i am so glad i took the chance and went to Chad for an estimate. he gave me the most reasonable price, and said he would be able to get out all the dents. LET ME TELL YOU, he did an AMAZING job. he exceeded my expectations. my car looks brand new, i am in awe every time i see my car now. please don’t waste your time and go to anyone else for PDR! chad will save your car like he did mine!”
“These guys are GREAT. I had bedbugs in my car. Yes, that is right, in my car. I found 360 on Google. And I tell you I am very impressed at how they came to my home on time and they killed the bedbugs in my vechial the first time they arrived at my home. I didn't need them to come a second time because they had done the job right the first time.The young man who arrived first was professional and communicated effectively. Everyone here handles customer service wonderfully, and if you become a regular, you really get to know each other on a personal level.Mike helped me go through the wash for the first time! I'm just now earning my learner's permit, and i stopped by the wash with my father to practice driving through for the fist time. It had four years worth of coffee, stains, and two years worth of toddler spills all over the backseat. After four hours of cleaning, I got my car back as if it were brand new. “I recently had an Android Auto system installed at Car Toys, and while I encountered some unexpected challenges with the installation, I appreciate the effort the team, especially Elijah, has put into troubleshooting the situation.
From the start, Elijah worked with me to try and identify what was causing my car battery to drain. He was quick to respond to my calls and invested time in helping me pinpoint the issue, which we believe may be due to faulty wiring or a module not shutting off as it should. Although we weren’t able to resolve it fully yet, I’m hopeful that the team will continue working with me to get everything running smoothly.
Car Toys has a lot of great products, and I was excited about adding Android Auto to my car. While this has been a bit of a journey, I appreciate the assistance I’ve received so far, and I look forward to seeing the issue resolved so I can fully enjoy my new setup.

“Chapman and his team are unbelievable. I had a mold infestation in my vehicle and searched all over houston for a detailing service that addressed mold. I was blown away by the level of attention and care offered by the team. They took out my seats and all floor mats to thoroughly address the mold and remediate. Additionally I had a check engine light that my dealership told me would cost $2K to fix oxygen sensors and I couldn’t address my oil change until I did it. Chapman did a diagnostic and quoted me 90% of that. Very honest team. Will continue to frequent their establishment.”
