Multiple times now I have had packages out for delivery and the mail lady doesn't even come by my house. Every Monday she doesn't come by which is ridiculous. I've needed packages before a trip but because she doesn't seem to want to drop our mail off, I couldn't get it. I even went to the post office and they lost my package. Monday is not Sunday. I still need my mail that day. And now, I have had a package that was supposed to be delivered two days ago and its still not here. Unacceptable.

I am very disappointed with the service. I was expecting an inventory delivery and it showed to be out for delivery. The mail lady was able to park and physically walk in my store and bring my paper mail but not my package so don't tell me that they didn't have access to my business. This is unacceptable and lazy. My package is not so heavy that it couldn't have been carried across the street from where I saw her pull out from where she was parked. I tried to call and no one would answer the phone.

This post office sales the local Jefferson Texas paper, Longview paper, and Marshall Messenger. They have P.O. Boxes for sale at about around $25 to $75 a year. With mail boxes on the outside and a drop box on the inside. Since the post offices are usually unlocked to allow access to the P.O. Boxes, it is not uncommon to find street people sleeping in some post offices or trying to find shelter from the cold. This post office has nice staff and a community map and cork-board to post your business card. Lastly they sell stamps, boxes, bubble wrap, etc. for shipping you packages. They always have the best rates. Money order's are also sold here.
