August 2022 by Mick H.
To make it clear Brayden and Company as of August 5th, 2022 is now under new ownership and the new owners had nothing to do with the two previous men that were leasing the building. All statements within this review or true and accurate to the very best of my knowledge. And yes there are people who do cruel and unkind things to the elderly and general public. Chris M. Bollinger 39 years old and Wendall Bradley Collins 42 years old of Jacksonville Texas were doing business under the name of Brayden & Company an Antique Store in Jefferson Texas since 2017. They were leasing the building from the owners. ( Who are also innocent bystanders and have nothing to do with the criminal acts perpetrated by Chris Bollinger and Bradley Collins) Chris Bollinger and Bradley Collins just happened to recently close up shop and vanish with over $60.000 worth of Antiques that belong to an elderly 80 year old woman whom had trusted them and placed her vast collection of Victorian era antiques on consignment with them at Brayden & Company in Jefferson Texas. If anyone that reads this knows the whereabouts of these two we would appreciate your assistance in locating them . There is plenty of available evidence ,100's of pictures , sign contracts, inventory list, emails, and text messages and audio recordings to prove the misdealings and unethical acts of these two men. We are willing to give these two men an opportunity to right their wrong and set this serious matter straight, however they are refusing to even talk to us as if they think they are above the law and reproach. To the best of my knowledge everything I have written here is truthful and will stand up under scrutiny and review by anyone. In my opinion they should not be trusted and need to be reported to the law enforcement authorities. To the best of my understanding of there may be many other customers who may have also been taken advantage of according to the property owners who recently took back possession for their leased store front. Again the property owners have been victimized too by these men. Chris M Bollinger and Wendall Bradley Collins both portrayed to many that they owned the building outright, when in fact they did not own anything. They both promised this elderly woman to overnight a check for $6500 dollars In July 2022, but they were just buying time and never sent the money. In the meanwhile they were packing up the antiques and moving them out in the middle of the night. No matter where they may end up opening a new business I would never recommend them to any friend of mine. I will not stop my pursuit of these two men and bringing them to justice if they fail to do the right thing to resolve this matter or if not until they both end up in jail on a variety of serious federal and state charges. I find elder abuse as one of the must disgusting crimes there is and there are plenty of agencies that go after those who participate in such intentional abuse of the elderly.
