I ship my son quite a bit of mail and without fail it’s never there after we get notification that it is. Additionally I get there are processes in place but for instance today he went to pickup a package he’s been expecting for his birthday and they tell him “come back after the holidays” and it arrived there last night! The attitudes are out of control like they don’t care to even be there, so stay home. But it’d be nice to be able to get a package without the terrible service. The base itself should be ashamed their personnel are treated this poorly. Mail is moral.

I came to this post office recently for the purpose of sending a large envelope to Alabama via First-Class Mail. The visit turned out to be a disappointing experience. First, the clerk stated that my transaction would require the use of a credit card because he was not taking cash. Second, my large envelope was classified as a package. It needed $5.95 postage. I declined the service and took my large envelope to another post office. At that post office, I was charged $2.83 for a First-Class Mail Large Envelope.

Quiet location. Postal worker, Ashely, was very professional and courteous. They processed my international package quickly and efficiently. I’ll come back to this location if I’m on base and needing USPS services again.

Randomly closes with no notice posted. Current it's 2:15 on a Thursday afternoon and the doors are locked. The only signs on the door are their office hours and a notice that they are out of stamps. The number on their Google maps os the generic 800 number to big brother USPS. Very frustrating.

The very worst and most disorganized post office that has ever existed. You need them, but they don’t need you. You’re going to wait a long long long time for the mail you paid extra to have delivered early. Good luck finding it as well.

Just stopped by to ship packages and the person working was super helpful and really nice! I confused my addresses between 2 packages and they had to cancel and redo the process. They were very polite and never got irritated.

So far the worst service I have ever seen. I've been trying to get a person so I can simply ask who picked up my package which is possibly equal to 300 dollars but no the robot would prevent me from calling a person...

If I could put zero or negative stars, I would. This place is rarely ever open during the posted hours. This is not good for the trainees who aren't allowed to leave base. I will definitely be filing ICE complaints.

This place has been closed since June 2! If you need any info about your on base post box or if you have mail on hold good luck getting it. Not that this review matters because who holds the USPS accountable for anything. If you live in base housing would highly recommended getting a UPS box.
