“One of the best customer service experiences of my life!! Car had a flat between Livingston and Woodville in the construction area. I ordered the tire, 245/30/22 and it came early. I took it into Hollis, he started working on it. I left and came back and I was informed that my wheel had a Crack in it. I asked if he knew anyone who could fix it and he gave me recommendations. He then called his friend and he picked up my wheel, dropped it off within 30 minutes and when I came back, everything was ready. I had my wheel repaired, new tire mounted, and reinstalled within 2hrs. Best customer service experience of my life! Definitely gained a lifetime customer and I'll recommend them forever!”

He had a blow out on a heavily traveled highway and heavy traffic prevented him from being able to hold a conversation. I called Lakeway on his behalf, spoke to Wyatt, and told him the location.
