My 17 year old daughter doesn't normally get her nails done but prom is coming up so she came in with a friend and her boyfriend. She was treated horribly my one of the younger female staff members. When I say horrible, it's not an exaggeration. Rude as all get out, didn't give her what she asked for (didn't know how to do what she asked for but proceeded to completely mess up the set instead of just saying that she couldn't do the ombre asked for.) She then charged $55 after only taking off $5 when her friend was only charged $44 for the same thing) when she had to have them completely redone by Lee (I'm assuming that's who it was and he absolutely did fix them for her) but did not reprimand his employee even about her attitude and even slamming things around and yanking my daughters fingers and hands just because she was angry that she actually SAID something and wouldn't leave them looking like straight a**. This used to be my regular place but I stopped going because the service wasn't very great unless Lee was taking care of you. Now I'd rather drive to Lumberton or even Nederland and never have to deal with a bad set and definitely not with attitude and aggression. Just beware. Or ask for Lee.

service was quick. But unfortunately too quick. I got a shellac manicure, the shellac was on my cuticles, and not even 24 hours later started to peel. I really had high hopes reading other reviews, but sadly I didn’t have a good outcome. I won’t be returning.

I had a manicure and spa pedicure. I requested my fingernails be buffed, but I was told they don’t do that. Instead, he put a clear polish on. Less than 24 hours later, the polish was peeling off. When I went back in, I didn’t even get an apology. The nail tech was going to simply paint over the part that had peeled off. I had to tell him to remove the peeling polish and reapply. In addition, he cut my nails down to a nub. The was the worst nail salon experience I ever had.

I have been getting my nails done there since I moved to Jasper. They were great at first but since it's under new management it has gone down. They have only one nail tech. I got my nails done last week and they started falling off the next few days after. Wish Tim would come back.Service: Dip powder

I don't normally complain about a business and i hate to write a bad review because this is literally the only nail salon I ever use! But today was the worst nail experience iv ever had? the lady who started my nails glued the white tips so far up my nail that it's almost touching my cuticles and the fake tip isn't even touching the end of my nail because of it being so high up . ( I didn't notice till after she started putting the powder on and me being someone who doesn't like being rude said it was fine??♀️) and while gluing the nails she glued her finger to mine and roughly pulled them apart! Then I told her I wanted them short and she ended up cutting my finger with the scissors she was using to trim the tips. After all that a guy took over filing my nails and I could see when he looked at them that he knew she did a horrible job. He really did do his best to fix them but he had to do so muching filing that I had to tell him to leave them as they are cause my fingers were starting to sting really bad! ...I absolutely love this place and have never had an issue with anyone who has done my nails but this lady definitely needs more practice or patience (I didn't get her name but I wish I would have) ..I will still go back because the prices are fair and they are really nice but she will definitely not be touching my fingers again.

I like this place & our pedicures were great. But I was highly disappointed at the customer care given.My husband & I went in for pedicures & I needed a refill on my nails. The lady had just finished my pedicure & was starting on my nails when a lady that came in after me started complaining about needing her services done. I was then asked to come back to get my nails completed!!!!Service: Pedicures
