Spicer’s was beyond fantastic! The customer service was top notch! The work they did on my car was amazing! I highly recommend them for anyone needing body work or paint repair in Jasper or the surrounding area. They fought with my insurance to fix my car the right way and I could not thank them enough.

Spicer Collision & Paintworks is the REAL DEAL! Great customer service, came in right on budget, worked with our insurance company and car rental company, matched our very difficult paint color with our new front end, and had a sparkling clean, perfectly repaired car waiting for us right on schedule. Michael and his crew did a great paint job on some replacement parts, including a wheel skirt and side panel for the exterior of my 5th wheel RV. And Alisha kept me informed of the progress. Excellent work! And not only that, Michael met me at the shop on his day off to let me pick up the finished parts. I highly recommend Spicer's Collision & Paintworks.

Spicers went above and beyond what they should have. My insurance was side stepping their responsibility. It took my insurance company 3 weeks to make a decision on what they would do about my Jeep. Alisha(sorry if I spelled it wrong) stayed on top of the situation. I never spoke with anyone from my insurance company(the adjuster and the appraiser never spoke with me, I kept getting voicemail), we are looking for a different insurance company. But Spicers is the only place we’ll be using.Lol I just went and read the other reviews. But the comments about “above and beyond” is the only way to describe the service and customer service. This company is about making your vehicle back better than before the accident. And their customer is their top priority. Rental people, insurance companies, Spicers Collison & Paintworks is an honest business that provides the best services.Services: Painting

After my accident, of which I was declared by LEO to be “not at fault,” Spicers went to bat with me with the insurance. They were wonderful.
