Well made appt 10:00 online...Got there early waited. They opened on time. Said she had another appt already. Would have to wait at least a hour. I couldn't so I had to leave uncut :/

Stylist: I tried to do a walk in earlier in the week and she couldnt do it because she said she had an appt in 10 minutes. So I made an appt. However when I showed up for my appt., she asked me what I needed and I told her I was the 10 oclock appt (it was 9:58) as I stared at the guy already in the chair. She asked if I made the appt online and I told her no I came in here. She went to the computer and looked and seemed angry. Told me to have a seat. I guess she was not having a good day. Rude to me, other customers and very rude to someone on the phone. I ask for a specific way to have my hair cut because last time she told me to remind her of that when I came back. She ignored that request and seemed angrier when I ask for that. Will not go back.

The stylists are amazing but I think that a corporation can spend a little money there so the chairs aren't duct taped together. Been going here for years but the owners never spend money so it looks like a place you would feel comfortable is clean and well cared for. Instead it just looks older and older and is obviously falling apart. That's pretty sad when I'm sure the corporation has been making bank just fine. Sincerely
Specialities: The stylists are great and will talk about what you want and how to make it work. Stop in and see them!

Only one girl working. She did a great job. Just having to wait for service. Shampoo, cut and style was great.

Maria was amazing. My kids did not want to go to a "Walmart" hair salon due to poor experiences in the past, but Maria was able to do a boy and girl teen haircut and it looked amazing. I was pleased and so were the kids and now they are Freshman fresh!
Requested style: Trim, layers, and bangs for a girl. Cutting a boy's long hair to a short on the sides long on the top.
Hair type: They both have a cowlick, but she was able to work with it. They have thick hair and she knew exactly what to do.
